Sheek farmhouse with close proximity to key locations

We are a family of 5 with two small children. We loved our stay and appreciate how nicely appointed the property was for a family. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. Even though they didn’t provide a crib, they had a high chair and toys for the kids which were truly appreciated. The owner was responsive to our outreach during the stay and accomodated our late check out. Only downside was that upon checkout they requested that guests remove the sheets from the beds. I’d expect this to be done by housekeeping given the price point of the rental. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Perfect

This is our second time staying at this property and it was equally as perfect each time. The condo is the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. We love that there is plenty of room to do puzzles, cook, and watch movies as a family while also feeling cozy and comfortable. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Home Away from Home

This is our second time staying at this property. The home with four bedrooms and large living area is perfect for a family gathering. The beds and sheets are so comfortable we tried to do some research so we could order them for our own home . The kitchen is also very thoughtfully stocked with all the kitchen utensils plus items such as ziploc bags, paper towels and seasonings. Perfect location for enjoying the fall foliage of all three cities Park City, Midway and Heber.

Perfect Location, Excellent Property

Very central location - we stayed for a soccer tournament and traveled to Park City (10 mins) and Oakley (20 mins). The property was spotless, very modern and beautifully decorated. Check-in was seamless. Beds were amazing - slept great. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location, Beautiful Townhouse!

Great central location outside the city between Salt Lake and Provo. Very close to Park City. The Townhouse was beautiful and had everything we needed. New parking rules in the community. Make sure to park in the garage, driveway or parking spaces (not on the street). The community is quiet and has a cute playground/picnic area easily seen from the balcony off the kitchen. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here for our anniversary/ski trip with some friends! The house was extremely clean, check-in was very easy and our Guest Contact was very quick to respond to any questions. The house itself is decorated so nicely and the beds are very comfortable. The location is very close to Deer Valley and not too far of a drive from downtown Park City and other ski resorts. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to anyone! Thank you :)

Nice townhome in a good location

We were very pleased with this new townhome. Everything was as shown in the pictures and the location is very convenient to both Park City and Heber. Would definitely rent this property again.

Comfortable Family Stay

This property made for a perfectly cozy Thanksgiving weekend for our family. We really enjoyed the layout of this condo. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra touches to make it feel like a home away from home. We've already booked a second stay!

Great location

We stayed at this beautiful, well-equipped home for a week during the TCS World Series. It was just as described. The home was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all the equipment you would need. The bathrooms had plushy towels. The A/C unit worked great and was very needed during the heatwave we experienced during our trip. There was equipment in the garage to enjoy at the lake. The only negative I found would be that the closets need more hangers and the bedrooms could use a dresser to put clothing in. I would definitely stay here.

Perfect location for experiencing Park City/Deer Valley. Better than advertised accommodations. Having the kayaks and paddle boards was an added perk!

Excellent, first-rate accomodations! Clean, beautiful, and well stocked for a comfortable stay!

Our two-night stay was wonderful! This was the cleanest rental we'd ever booked which was so much appreciated! It was clean and well stocked with things like Ziplock bags and all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dishes we needed. Everything seemed new...not the old pans and things used in someone else's kitchen for years! We used one of the available kayaks and the 2 paddleboards, life jackets, and beach towels for a day at Jordanelle which was so convenient. There were some nice extra touches like shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable and decorating was lovely! We liked the open floor plan on the main floor that allowed our group to gather very comfortably and we had a great time. Out of ten, this was a ten plus!

New, extremely comfortable and well equipped

I've rented dozens of condos and houses all over the world, and several in Park City. This townhouse was outstanding, and the entire experience near-perfect. Communication with Amy, my Guest Contact, were prompt and clear. She proactively offered us an early check-in and a late check-out, sent check-in instructions and a map, and responded to a question promptly. The property wasn't just clean -- it was perhaps the cleanest residence I've ever seen. It is obviously new, so all appliances, furniture, kitchenware, plumbing, etc. were perfect. Materials and finishes were quite nice, as is the art work. The kitchen was very well equipped, including high quality cookware (rare in a vacation rental), tons of (matchin) plates, glasses, knives, etc. and stocked with condiments, spices, etc. as well as things you take for granted at home but are rarely in a rental, like plastic wrap, ziplock bags, full-size dish soap, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, the towels, sheets and pillows high quality. I could go on, but the summary is this is a very nice property, nicer than anything I've rented in Park City and up there with the nicest I've rented anywhere. Yes, it is a 9 minute drive to Park City Mountain's parking lot, so you need a car, but it is an easy shot straight in, and well worth the trade-off vs. staying in Park City itself in an inferior property at a higher price. Highly recommended.

Heber stay

This town home is beautiful and clean, but in a community that is still being built. We had people outside our window and construction noise all day. Once all of the construction is completed I would highly recommend.

Amazing place!

My daughters and I stayed in this townhome for a little girls getaway. It was the perfect place for our trip. We were so impressed with the decor and it was sparkling clean. The beds were so comfy and even the bath products and towels were top notch. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. And the location is great....close to Park City, Heber and the Uinta Mountains. Loved it!
