Immaculate 3 level townhome 10 minutes from Canada Street, Million Dollar Beach and all Lake George has to offer. Wake up to incredible views of Lake George from your huge bedroom windows and deck. Saunter downstairs and enjoy a relaxed breakfast with views from the kitchen, dining room or second deck. In the summer, spend the day enjoying the amenities at Top of the World Golf resort including an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, or golf*. Or drive a short 10 minutes to Beach Road to shop, eat or take in the sun along Lake George. Book a boat tour, rent a kyack or see the sights from a parasail. Have lunch or dinner at one of the many lake-view restaurants or grill off your deck and enjoy the scenery. Fall brings beautiful foliage and a ton of activities.
Drive up Prospect Mountain to take in the seasonal changes, drive 30 minutes to West Mountain for ski lift rides, downhill slides and picnics. Winter is also a great time to be near the Lake. Skiing, snowtubing and cold-weather events abound. Whatever you decide to do, we have it for you.

Owning my own home here has been a dream of mine and I finally made it a reality. The views from the resort and from each planned home are so spectacular it has become an attraction for both owners and visitors.
