In the centre of everything! Everything that Tweed Heads and Coolangatta has to offer is right at your back doorstep!!
Stroll into Cooly, 50 metres to the tweed river board walk, 2 mins walk to Jack Evans boat harbour & the beautiful marina, 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to Greenmount Beach & Rainbow Bay Beach!!!
50 metres to the River, 500 metres to the beach, 50 metres to Tweed Mall (coles/woolies/Aldi), 200 metres to the Tweed Hospital. Regular buses 200 metres away on Wharf St. Room for a Boat &/or Caravan. Offstreet parking for 2 cars, or the boat, or a small caravan. & Pet Friendly :)
Make sure you try the fresh prawns straight from the trawlers at the Marina or indulge in a fresh $20 seafood platter on the water at ‘get hooked’!
Right on the border... be in QLD in under a minute!
Twin Towns is only a 5-10 minute walk away and tweed bowls club/event centre is at end of the street.

Lovely house in great location

This house is great for a couple, or small family or group of friends. Great size, lovely decor, and excellent location close (5 min walk) to the river and shops. Well-appointed with lots of bits and pieces to make your stay enjoyable, including board games, some kids toys and a high chair and porta-cot. Would definitely stay again

Lovely home fantastic location!

Of all of the short term rentals we have stayed in and we have stayed in many this is among the best. The home is simply but beautifully renovated, it is light and bright, it has a fully fenced yard that is fabulous for children and pets plus a huge outdoor deck. Best of all it is a short walk to two clubs, numerous restaurants, the waterfront and if you need food or clothes or even a manicure the shopping centre takes less than 3 minutes to walk to.

Great Location

A huge thank you to Emily and Aaron for allowing us to stay in their home. The home was absolutely gorgeous. The location is central to everything which is great for newcomers to Tweed Heads. It was so lovely to relax in the spa. The only thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness of the house which was not up to scratch and the lack of decent cookwear such as saucepans and frying pans.

Dissatifaction with Stayz

The property was excellent with first class facilities. The Agency did NOT provide timely advice and did not send messages between manager and us. One day before arrival we had to insist on getting a number for the owner as we still hadn't been told the code for keys and entry until the night before entry causing us extreme concern not happy with Stays operators at all.

This is our home, so you will find all the creature comforts that you wouldn't expect to find in a hotel or a run of the mill holiday home.
We're located in a Fantastic Central location with room for 6 guests & minutes to absolutely everything in Tweed Heads and Coolangatta.
Walk to supermarkets, shops, Tweed River private beaches, Jack Evans boat harbour, Greenmount Beach, Rainbow bay beach, hospital, Public transport, and only 5 minutes to the freeway.
We have full wifi NBN and a smart TV & our master bedroom has loads of robe space with an ensuite also.

Single level home. no stairs to climb.
A pet friendly home with a yard in a location as central as this is hard to find. park the caravan and boat off the street behind a secure remote gate.
