This fully updated second floor condo is super convenient to all the island has to offer. It is a short stroll to Peg Leg Pete's and just minutes away from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and Casino Beach. Enjoy beautiful sunset views over the Santa Rosa Sound from your own large private balcony. Bring the fishing poles, paddle board, kayak, or just a float and enjoy the quiet water of the Sound. Walk across the street to the Gulf side to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. This complex also offers a huge swimming pool and tennis courts and elevator.
