First, the good: the condo was clean and comfortable in a great location. Check-in and use of the building amenities was painless.
The bad: while this condo is great on the whole, it gets dragged down by the lack of small touches that make other rentals pleasurable to stay in:
- the kitchen has plates/cups/sliverware/etc, but that is all. No salt, pepper, other basic condiments.
- the beds had heavy blankets (for PB in late July), but no lighter-weight summer blankets were available.
- the blinds were cheap and old, popped alarmingly when being opened, and don't do a great job at blocking light even when firmly shut.
- Instead of keys, there are a variety of keycodes: parking, lobby, condo, tennis, etc. It would be nice to be given a couple wallet-sized cards to carry so we didn't have to pull up our phones/handwritten lists every time we came to a door.
So all in all comfortable, but let down by a number of small accumulated annoyances that are uncommon in other rentals.
