Don't miss renting this home Plenty of room for entertaining and having family visit. King bed in the master, queen and twin beds, so plenty of room. Open floor plan with inside laundry. Eat in kitchen that is open to the living and dining area. Flat screen in master, living area and guest bedroom. You will just love this home. Nice screened lanai on the back of the house for outdoor entertainment. Close to pools and golf. Great new area.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

The check in paperwork/process was more intense than any we have stayed at. It was fine, just more to sign and a little heftier on the rules. The TV for basic watching was pixelated and unwatchable unless you had streaming services on your own. The golf cart battery was dead and had to be charged for 48 hours before we could use. The gas tank was left at a quarter tank and only a small amount of gas left in the garage. The bicycle tires were flat. The lawn had weeds almost a foot high when we showed up. The important things like cleanliness, location, neighborhood, etc were all very good!

The rental was nice. The only ridiculous thing we wasted was spending $50 for the guest activity card. We had a difficult time when we got the IDs mainly because they did not have other friends on the list. We wasted almost two hours arguing with the sales to get IDs for my friends. They said the property owner did not add their names in the system. We then were told to go another place where my friends got them for free. There was no need to use it. Again, it infuriated us that my husband and I spent $50 while my friends got their cards for free. It was inconsistent and we never were asked to show our guest IDS when we used the activities. What a waste of money and time!

You also have access to recreation and dining options. Pools are close by if you choose that option. Having the golf cart option alone with bikes is really all you need. The car spent most of its time in the garage. Paddock Square is only 15 minutes away by golf cart!!!I would definitely rent again when I am in The Villages.

Visiting daughter in the area

We enjoyed the property and was very nice. The house was not as furnished as other properties we stayed in before. No dining room table a high top in the kitchen and the seating was very limited. This didn't allow our daughter to come with her family for dinner as there was no seating.

Nice house , nice location, carpet had lot of hair in it. TV channels sucked

TV only had minimal basic channels. A dissatisfaction, in today’s TV world. Seemed like they were pinching pennies here. Took away from overall experience. Not that I went to villages to watch Tv, but in evening when relaxing and only minimal channels , no fun. Plus I enjoy some background music in house I stay. TV block would not allow that to happen

Easy breezy

This home was the perfect place for family from 3 different places (California, Nebraska, Georgia) to visit our Mom in The Villages. The home is simple and nice. We greatly appreciate how well stocked the home is - especially the kitchen - it made our trip easier. We couldn’t use the amenities, bikes and golf cart, due to heavy rains, but we used the bbq and it worked well. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

We were here while out new house was being completed and our closing. From here we were able to explore the different communities in the Villages. Couldn’t have had a nicer place to stay. It was like being at home.

Overall great home

The property itself was very nice, however we were disappointed in the accuracy of the listing. We planned to stay as close as possible to our relatives, so we selected this home due to its location on the map. It was actually 20 minutes away unfortunately so that really affected our trip with our infant daughter and nap times. This home was also listed saying there were 2 full days between visits for sanitizing purposes so we asked ahead of time for and earlier check in, thinking it wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately the home still had cleaners in it at check in time, so we weren’t even able to get in at 4pm. Besides this, the property itself was very nice, great location to new amenities, so nice to have the golf cart, full stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. The managers communicated well on the front end, but didn’t answer all of our questions as promptly when we realized the location and when trying to check in. They were very helpful with getting village IDs and signing the proper forms ahead of time.

Family Visit

The property was beautiful and spotless! The neighborhood was lovely. Only challenge was that the street was so new that it could not be found on Google maps for planning purposes.
