Safe, quiet gated community. Spent most of our time at theme parks, which were 20-25 minute drive so it was perfect. Spacious and clean house. Great hot tub after a long day walking in parks! Grocery store is super close. Had a great time.

Big Lovely home

The house was perfect for our big family vacation. We needed 2 en suites and this house had 3 - perfect! We enjoyed the space the house had, as well as the entertainment areas - pool table, air hockey, the pool and more! It was perfect!

Comfortable Gated Luxury Community

The property was everything as described. The home was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The check in process was very simple and thorough. The amenities and necessities were all there. The appliances could use some upgrades. But other than that everything was readily available

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of roadworks on route to parks so driving was long and difficult. Unfortunately had noisy neighbours for half the stay who had loud music until the early hours outside by the pool, which is stressful when your getting up early for the Disney parks!

12 days family trip

The house was clean and very comfortable but the outside pool area was dated and could have done with a good clean. Plant pots with either dead weeds or fake dirty flowers were a bit off putting. The outdoor furniture could have done with a good clean. Cushions badly stained and grubby. Bedrooms very roomy with well appointed bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that you might need.

Great House, but...

The house is well appointed. Very clean, nice neighborhood, nice pool and hot tub. Neighbors played their music loudly from 10 a.m till 11 p.m. for 2 days. We weren't there most of the time but it prevented us from enjoying the pool or eating outside when we returned in the evening because we couldn't hear each other. BRING YOUR OWN KITCHEN SUPPLIES! For our entire 7 day stay, we were supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 garbage bag, and 1 roll of paper towels. No dishwasher pods, but had soap for doing the dishes by hand. Absolutely no kitchen spices, no salt, no pepper, nothing. No tin foil, plastic wrap or baggies. If you plan to cook, pots/pans/dishes and utensils are supplied. NOTHING ELSE. I've rented many places and this is the only home that has not supplied essentials. Knowing all of this I would still stay again but now know to bring my own supplies and tell the neighbors to turn it down a notch.

Not quite as expected…

The house was nice, however there were a few disappointments. The bed in the master suite on the first floor was extremely noisy. We had our infant in a crib beside of the bed and every time my husband or myself turned over it woke her up. We had looked forward to enjoying the hot tub in the evenings, however there was nothing hot about it. It stayed the same temperature as the pool no matter how long it was on, so I guess maybe you have to pay the additional fee to have the hot tub heated which seems ridiculous. The pool maintenance person came by while we were gone to the parks on our second day and placed the hose in the pool and turned the water on which was never turned off. When we arrived back late that night there was water spewing from the faucet and water everywhere. Adding all of the cold water made the pool too cold for us to enjoy for the rest of our stay. Upon leaving and stripping the beds, we found the top bunk mattress had no cover on it and the foam topper on the bed appeared to have urine stains on it.

dirty, filthy and health hazards

Extremely disappointed in this property. First, there was black mold noted throughout the property: on the shower curtains in the bathrooms, on the ledge of the shower in master bathroom, on every single outdoor patio cushion, concrete floor of the lanai and most disturbing, all over the combination ice/water dispenser in the refrigerator. The whole property was beyond dirty: brown sticky substance all over face of kitchen cabinets, dirty silverware in the kitchen drawer, floors throughout entire house were so filthy that it left the bottoms of our feet black. The outdoor bathroom next to the pool had not been cleaned as the garbage in it was full and there was poop in the toilet. There were also cigar butts and water balloon remnants on concrete around the pool. The supposed game room located in garage of property had a visibly broken couch that did not appear safe to sit on and there were used disposable cups on the floor. The legs of the pool furniture were rusted off and very sharp. This resulted in a large cut on the foot of my daughter. There were 2 large flower pots on pool deck: one full of nothing but weeds and the other full of moldy green water. This property also did not offer several of the amenities which were promised on the website: no pool toys, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels or toiletries. There was also not a single wash cloth to be found. This property never should have been listed on VRBO. Not worth the money we spent.

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely amazing, we almost never wanted to leave the house. It had everything that we needed, and more. We had 7 staying in the house, including my parents and my husband and I, with 3 kids ages 15, 11, and 3. Everyone was able to have their own room, there was plenty of bathrooms to make showering and getting ready easy. The pool was great and that's where we spent most of our time when we were at the house, the basketball hoop was a big hit with the kids. I loved that the kitchen had plastic plates, bowls, cups, and kid's tableware, it made making the 2-year old's meals way easier. The host were great at communicating, they contacted the morning of our stay with detailed instructions for getting into the community and parking, they were very responsive when texted with questions.

Family Vacation

My family traveled all the way from Michigan and we were not disappointed with our stay at this beautiful property. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was clean in a safe gated community. We definitely plan to return in the future!

Better than expected!

This home is amazing, and met all our families needs, and then some! The pictures do not do justice showing just how large this home is. Our grandsons loved the loft area, and the pool table. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spa and lounge areas. Looking forward to staying here again!
