The smoke free living area has a large 55" TV, video and DVD player, comfy lounge suite, dining suite and under floor heating. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave and full size oven.
The separate bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

Beautiful home, beautiful setting

The unit was clean, spacious and well set up. Just across the road from Pukekura park so easy access. Central location, short journey into town. Loved it, would recommend and stay again

A great find

The place was neat, tidy, and very comfortable with the rooms being a good size and well appointed. The host were a delight and very helpful. The location was right opposite Pukekura park and not too far from town.I'd recommend without a doubt.

Very(!) close to Brooklands Bowl. Ceanliness was excellent - spacious rooms + comfie lounge furniture. Lovely bush outlook, peaceful too.

Fab location across the road from the park which we visited at night for the Light festival and the following night for a concert at the Brooklands Bowl.

Great location for the FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS

Great location close to town and the park. Has everything you could need and more. Very quiet. Lovely to sit on the deck with a morning coffee and just have the birds keeping you company. Would love to come again. Thanks

Lovely spot, great location for Bowl of Brooklands

Host was very accommodating with our date changes due to ongoing covid restrictions. Great spot for proximity to gardens and Bowl of Brooklands. Beautifully warm and quiet apartment with underfloor heating which was a cosy retreat for our escape from kids. Ann & Harry were wonderful hosts.

Quiet, central location

A spacious apartment under the host's house that is accessible only by stairs with a peaceful outlook over trees. Super clean and quiet with no road noise and only minutes from the CBD. Great to have full sized fridge/freezer and stove. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again. Friendly hosts with prompt communication.
