Guests have access to whole main floor by your own private keypad. During their stay, backyard and laundry room are shared, Driveway parking both side of street Parking are free for guests.

1. Supplies provided are limited. For stays longer than 14 days where supplies may run out, you will need to replenish the supplies for your stay.

2. No party/No Smoking /No drug/No marijuana/No pets allowed in this property!!!

3. We want to be respectful of everyone's sleeping schedule. Please turn down music and reduce noise levels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. on Sundays and holidays.

4. a dog in basement (different entrance) is taken good care of by a friend , you might or might not see him, but just FYI.

1. we have air conditioner but it is excluded and NOT guaranteed.
2.We have security camera outside the front door. This will be on during your stay. The sole purpose is to protect you and property, There is absolutely no camera inside.
3. With the COVID-19 Virus,Additional Lysol wipes are available so guests can clean surfaces themselves while staying at the home. and we spray Lysol Disinfectant , Crisp Linen on each bed, if you don't like the smell please let me know when you are booking.
