Alpine Park is a brand-new community in Calgary, that offers an Outdoor Fireplace, beautiful city and mountain views, parks with water ponds and lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Also, there are great city views from the porch, living room and master bedroom of the house! If you want to do shopping The Shops of Buffalo Run and Costco are 5 min away, Sobeys and Safeway are 8 min away, Southcentre Mall is 10 min away and Calgary downtown core is 20 min away. For Recreation you can check Cardel Recreation South, Shawnessy Library, Landmark Cinemas and Spruce Meadows, which are 10 min away; or you can go golfing at Blue Devil Golf Club or Sirocco Golf Club or McKenzie Meadows Golf Club at 14 min drive. If you choose to be outside in the nature, Bragg Creek is 35 min drive, Kananaskis is 45 min, Canmore is 65 min and amazing Banff is 80 min away.

It's a brand new area with pretty sweet houses. There was a lovely storm pond to do my run In the morning. This house was awesome for 5 ppl, plenty of bathrooms and living space. We really loved staying here.

Family Wedding

We are a family group of adults who came to Calgary for a family wedding. Property of close to Bride and Venue. Property is New, Very clean, and comfortable. Garage was a bonus for parking.

The stay was great we had only one hiccup on that towels were not provided. There were about 4 that appeared to be beach towel and about 3 other towels . Given we stayed multiple nights laundry was required

Hi Paul, I am surprised that you are saying that they were not enough towels. They were 6 big bath towels and 2 beach towels. Also, I was 5 min distance away from the property and I have asked you if you need anything else please let me know. I would have appreciated for you to be honest and ask first. I can send you the pictures with the 6 big towels and 2 beach towels. You have also disobeyed the house rules by smoking on the property, leaving dirty dishes and garbage in the house at the check out. Many times during your stay you have left the front door open and the house was full of flies.

Awesome brand new home

We stayed here as part of a sports team instead of at a hotel. This house easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids (11-12 years) along with all of our gear. The house is brand new- still with the brand new smell. Fridge was pristine. Check in and communications with the owner was easy- she quickly responded to any questions I had. We will absolutely do this again!

Location was ideal for us. New area means construction though, noise and mess. The house looked immaculate but lacking in comforts. The cold plastic chairs had no cushions, no extra blankets or facecloths, shampoo, hair dryer. The towels were small old and thin. It had many stairs and awkward transitions ie garage to deck to back door. Too much contact with host. Interrupting family time. Now she wants more money even though we left the place in great shape.

You have booked and paid for 4 people to check in and in reality 6 people were sleeping in the property. There were 1 big towel (70x135 cm) and 1 small towel (50x70 cm) in each of the three bathrooms, plus extra towels on the shelf in the kids bathroom: 4 big towels and 6 small towels. They are all high quality towels. There is a hair dryer in the master bedroom drawer and there is soap in each of the 4 bathrooms. On my ad there is no indication about providing shampoo. You could see my entire house on the ad and you were aware about stairs and backyard with a detached garage and the dining chairs without pillows. You disobeyed the house rules by bringing extra guests, smoking on the property, leaving lots of food crumbs on the couch in the basement and not flushing the toilet in the basement. We communicated a bit about the garbage and recycling bins that needed to be outside for the pick up. I also asked you to let me know if you need anything during your stay.
