It's about time you experienced the luxury of absolute beachfront living in this superbly appointed holiday home a short walk from the town centre of Dunsborough.

Overlook the beautiful blue waters of Geographe Bay and experience the delights of the South West, with all its attractions, while staying in the comfort of a modern, contemporary home.

This luxuriously appointed beachfront home consists of 5 bedrooms; including 3 queen beds with ocean views, 4 singles, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 10 people. 2 additional foldout beds are available at a small cost on request.

The kitchen is contemporary with Caesar stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and microwave. The upstairs living has a table tennis table and balcony overlooking the grassed parkland, peppermint trees and tranquil waters of Geographe Bay.

With its two separate wings, this home is very suitable for adult couples and young families.

Children can play safely in front of the outside entertaining deck and paddle in the shallow waters of Geographe Bay only a few metres from your door.

Although modern and contemporary, this home has successfully retained a relaxing and inviting ambience.

Facilities: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 queen beds, 4 single beds, 2 foldout bed (at a small extra cost), sleeps 10 (+2 on request at a small extra cost).

Beachside at dunsborough

Great property, price to match but really enjoyed our stay. Missed flyscreen on second floor and keys to window in twin bedroom, everyone had a good time and loved the position.

Top spot

Property perfectly suited our large group. Clean, fresh, with everything you could need. A view over the ocean at Dunsborough beach, I doubt you would ever get sick of. A perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy getting away from it all, but close to shops and restaurants too! Would definitely want to stay again.

Great location

We had a long weekend with 9 friends and the house was very roomy, well maintained and a great layout. There were different wings of the house each with a bathroom. House if right opposite beach. Looking forward to staying there next year.

Halcyon bay House 12

Wonderful bright house well designed and well equipped in an amazing location. Great for little kids to play in the sand and low tides. A 3 minutes walk along the bay brings you to a jetty and a lovely sandy beach with protected swimming area. The house is also quiet yet very close to the town centre. Memorable experience. 5*****

Location Location Location

The house was everything we wanted for our adult family and partners to celebrate my 60th birthday. It right on the waterfront and plenty of room inside for a group of nine adults. The only thing that we lacked was dishwashing liquid (left a message with caretakers and they left some at the front door while we were out, and because we had six females in the group we were down to half a roll of loo paper by the morning of checkout. But other than those small issues, fantastic!

Beautiful house

The house was perfect for our group of mums escaping the families for the weekend. It's also very well set up for a couple of different families to share. Perfect location, right next to the beach and walking distance to the town centre.

A pre Christmas family get together. Property the perfect size and well laid out, very comfortable. Location, location, location - doesn't get better than this. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location, Lovely Stay

Beautiful, clean house equipped with everything you might need during a Dunsborough holiday. Perfect location right on the beach with a gorgeous outdoor setting to make the most of the views, plus only a short walk from the towns centre. Kate was lovely and made sure our stay went smoothly. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Dunsborough.
