Dream house, central location

The house is enormous will ample room and privacy for adult couples. Lovely modern house and the rooftop terrace is a great touch.

Amazing property. Luxury 5 star home. Perfect location. 9 guests and we had plenty of room. Downstairs is a queen bedroom with a seperate main bathroom and toilet. Upstairs is a queen and king bedroom sharing one bathroom and then a king room with ensuite and a very private apartment style room with ensuite, 2nd kitchen and living area. Warm touch with the welcome biscuits. Overall incredible stay and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for the second year running with five couples family and friends. House is very functional to have some quite time to your self. Everything you could want and more. So close to town and a walk along the foreshore. Will be going again for sure.

Amazing House

This is the third time we have all stayed at this house. The house is very spacious and has everything you could need. Bedrooms well appointed and in a great location to walk into town. The host is always quick to answer any questions you have. Will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful property in a great location

Relaxing, clean and modern facilities, excellent for larger family or even two families. Loved the outdoor bbq entertaining area upstairs. We stayed in winter so the weather wasn't hot but we still made good use of this and can imagine how great it would be in summer. We won't hesitate in returning.

Excellent location only 2mins to the beach 5mins to the centre of Dunsborough and 30sec to the cafe with best tasting coffee (that's if you didn't want to use the supplied pod machine).The house itself is absolutely brilliant very roomy and large spaces where we could all get together with other indoor and outdoor nooks if you wanted some quiet time.For the cooks the kitchen area is large and modern with plenty of room to cook up a storm.If you wanted a bbq there is a covered rooftop area to cater for this.Communication with Lisa was great and made the experience very easy.Another lovely touch was a bowl of some very nice cookies on arrival.Would we return? In a heartbeat.

70th birthday family trip

The UBH easily catered to all of our needs for spaces to come together and celebrate as well as space for ourselves. It was clean, bright, stylish and facilitated a relaxing and luxurious feeling trip away to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday with a total of 7 adults and 3 children aged between 4-1years old. The host provided a highchair and cot, set up beautifully. The kitchen was fully equipped and suited the requirements of the private chef we booked from LAGOON Thank you for providing the perfect setting for the best trip!

60th birthday escape

This property is perfectly located close to the beach and on the end of Main Street in Dunsborough which made it easy to go out for morning coffees and dinners. The property itself is great. It’s so big and spacious which is perfect for families. The rooftop terrace was such a brilliant feature and the perfect spot for an afternoon drink or just for relaxation. We used Epicuriosity catering for my mothers Valentine’s Day 60th birthday and they did an incredible job! So efficient and professional and the food was delicious. All in all we all had a fabulous stay here and would definitely come again if we have a big group of us.

Excellent property!

We stayed in this house for 4 days specifically for a family wedding. This house catered for many people coming and going, without feeling overcrowded. It is big, airy, contemporary, kitchen/living area is beautifully appointed and was a delight to stay in. Having the studio upstairs was great. It meant we could retreat to have some space, in another kitchen/living area which is complete with fridge/dishwasher/coffee machine and microwave. This also has a balcony, so we could sit outside whilst having a coffee in the quiet. To add to our stay, there was a top storey open air patio where we could sit having a bbq. This felt private, even though we were outside. Clean up was easy as there was a sink/dishwasher there too! Close enough to walk to Dunsborough town/the Pour house Tavern and beach. Beautiful house - Great location!

Amazing home & perfect Location

The urban beach house is amazing, very clean and spacious! My friends and I stayed for a long weekend while in the region for a wedding. The large open kitchen, dining and living area was perfect for our large group, as were the multiple bathrooms. The roof top area was a great surprise! Overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Living the high life

The urban beach house was lovely to stay in. The finishings are luxurious throughout the house. There were many entertaining areas with our fav being the rooftop bbq area. Right near the beach and close to bakeries/restaurants. The locks/keys gave us a bit of trouble when trying to enter the house after dinner on the Friday night. We got in trouble by the neighbour for “being too loud” trying to figure out the key, but we got inside eventually. Thanks for having us!!
