🛑 Construction Notice
To maintain the quality established during our 2020 renovation, concrete maintenance is scheduled from January 12 to March 6, 2026. Work will rotate through walkways, stairwells, and balconies. This units balcony should be completed by February 28th.
Please note:
• Dates may shift slightly based on weather and contractor availability.
• Surrounding properties may also schedule updates during this season.
• Refunds cannot be issued for construction-related disturbances.
Our reduced seasonal rates reflect the increased likelihood of nearby activity from November 1–February 28 as associations and owners do updates during this time.
