Million dollar views from a luxurious modern house for 10 people located a short walk from the beautiful Long Beach. Enjoy a luxurious, relaxing and peaceful holiday in this quiet part of the South Coast.
5 bedrooms : 1 king with ensuite and 4 queen (one with ensuite).
Two spacious living areas that open onto a large deck with spectacular views across Long Beach to the Toll Gate Islands.
The house is a 7 minute walk to beach where you can fish, swim or just take a stroll.
The nearby nature reserve has excellent walking tracks that will take you through a forest of spotted gums on the way to another beautiful beach. Kangaroos are easily seen from the house or while walking in the area.
Batemans Bay is a 10 minute drive with a wide range of shopping, restaurants and tourist activities. Get fish and chips in town or buy fresh fish and prepare it in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas bbq on the upper deck. Home delivery from Dominos is also available.
You can just relax indoors and watch a DVD or Netflix (requires guest to use own account) in the media room or enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens.
In cooler weather, enjoy the combustion wood stove in the main living area.
Free wi-fi is available.
The property is non-smoking inside and outside.
No parties or pets allowed.
Maximum of 10 guests.
[Allergy advice: although pets are not allowed, we sometimes have our family dogs staying in the house.]
Please note we have 7 night minimum stays during some dates in December and January, a 4 night minimum at Easter and a 2 night minimum at all other times.
Arrival time is 2pm and departure time is 10am. If vacant, the arrival and departure times can be adjusted by arrangement.
Linen and towels are not provided. We recommend that you use Blissful Bedding Linen Hire in Batemans Bay who can deliver.

Relaxed visit in a great location

The house is spacious, beautifully clean and well appointed. It was an ideal retreat for our family group. We loved the location, close to beaches and only a short distance to beautiful walks in the national park. The host provided good information and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing family holiday

Easy communication with Peter, very helpful before and during our stay. House is immaculate and well located to the beach. All the facilities we needed and lots of space for the family. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

fantastic experience

Million dollar View Long Beach Holiday I recently stayed at the Long Beach Holiday Rental Home and had a fantastic experience. The home was beautiful, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony. We spent most of our time relaxing on the deck, soaking up the sun and listening to the waves crash against the shore. The beach was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed swimming and exploring the local area. The home itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We were able to cook all of our meals and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Long Beach Holiday Rental Home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation by the beach. The location, amenities, and overall experience were top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great views, great wildlife

From the get go, Peter was in touch and remained in touch before, during and after our stay. Peters’ level of communication was fantastic! We have a big family, and the house was able to accomodate all of us easily. Bedrooms were large, there were three living areas, plus two decks. One with a view of the beach and the green hills, along with the substantial wildlife, kangaroos, birds, bats! Such a great property! Some of the family walked to the beach. It’s about a ten minute walk. It is on a hill, but doable. Thanks again Peter, we were able to make great memories here :)

Summer 2022 beach stay

We were impressed from the start. The owner was approachable, well organised and a pleasure to deal with. The property was comfortable and relaxing it provided everything we expected and more. This home is spacious and caters for big groups like our family. The separate living areas allows for both family gatherings or solo retreats, as desired. The views from the balcony were a treat, as was the serene neighbourhood which is share by a mob of friendly kangaroos. An easy walk to the beach and nature reserves allowed us to unwind, relax and recharge. I would highly recommend this property.

A fabulous family and friends getaway!

The property is so well equipped, clean and had plenty of room for us all (2 families of 5 and 4 people). Peter was fantastic to deal and very accommodating. The location was perfect with just a short stroll down the hill to the beach, and a quick drive in to Batemans Bay. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be booking again soon! 10/10 for this one!

Amazing House with a View!

We all just wanted to say a big thank you to Peter – the house exceeded all of our expectations! It is a beautiful big house with many rooms and lots of space. It was all very clean. It has an amazing kitchen and dining area. There is an awesome balcony that is so peaceful with a really lovely view and the beach is nearby too. The most unexpected bonus was the wildlife. There were a few families of kangaroos hopping around the neighbourhood that would sometimes come to the driveway. There were also lots of beautiful native birds. We had two families staying at the property and we all had a very memorable holiday. Thank you!
