Our stay

We had a wonderful stay at our accommodation, we met a very pleasant property manager and stayed in a wonderful clean home. The beds were ideal for us with the perfect clean pillows. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was wonderful to work in. A great stay and would be back again

The property was well equipped and spacious in a quiet, residential area a short 5 minute drive from the town and beautiful beach.

Fantastic family bach

Beautiful well-equipped bach well set up for family. Everything was as described, if not better. Super comfortable beds, great quality linen, and pillows with extras if needed. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need with plenty of cookware, platters, pod coffee machine. The bach is a short drive from the main street so perfect for those wanting a bit of peace and quiet. Host Beth is a great communicator - highly recommend :).

Lovely house

This house was the perfect choice.Everything you need is on hand, from games to play and items to cook/eat with. Lovely location, lovely host and a lovely styled house. Would stay again!

Another wonderful stay

We had an excellent experience with this property. It is as pictured and described, Beth is wonderful to deal with, and the home is clean and tidy. The beds have ironed sheets and are very clean and comfortable! We would stay again (we were 2 adults and 5 teens). It is in a nice neighbourhood, with a 25 minute flat walk to the beach or short drive. Thanks Beth for having us stay!

Home away from home

We had the best weekend away for my Mum’s 70th birthday. We could not fault the accomodation. Great to have some games for the kids and a well stocked kitchen and amazing oven for birthday cake cooking. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

It was a lovely house that suited us perfectly. It was a bach but felt like home. I mistakeningly thought there would be internet but lack of actually turned out for the best. Kids were not on devices and we played in the yard. Would 10/10 go back!

Great family stay

We loved the stay at Whangamata. House was as described and we felt like home. Full of all amenities we needed and more. Having an outdoor table was really great and Xbox for kids was a big win. House is close to the town center and all the stores you would need but housed in a quiet street which was perfect for us. Would love to stay again in this batch.

Excellent summer rental

I rate this property highly. The photos and descriptions were accurate though we found the spaces bigger than the photos suggested - a bonus. Beth was wonderful to deal with. The house was clean, very well equiped and beds were especially comfortable, with ironed sheets! The house is located a short drive from town, 30 min easy walk to the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood which we enjoyed over the Xmas/NY period when it’s so busy with traffic and people in town. Lovely leafy trees on the property which we also enjoyed too. Highly recommend.

Good for a family

We had a lovely time in this house. Good kitchen and dining area for a large family group. Also v comfortable beds and good quality towels. Excellent range of games too.
