SUMMARY

Casa Mariani is an enchanting high-desert retreat perfectly placed in the majestic town of Tesuque, just eight miles north of Downtown Santa Fe, and right across the road from the award-winning Four Seasons Rancho Encantado hotel, spa, bar, and restaurant. You couldn’t ask for a better location for a quiet, immersive, and scenic getaway.



LIVING AREA

Casa Mariani is adorned with lovely Santa Fe style accents, with wood beam ceilings and a lovingly decorated living space centered on an enchanting fireplace.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped and newly-renovated kitchen and dining area are elevated above the living room, and offer a fantastic space for your group to socialize, cook, and dine at home.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed, an entrance to the home’s expansive patio, an ensuite bath, and a romantic kiva fireplace.

The second bedroom also has a king bed and a private bathroom located in the hallway just outside the bedroom door.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio features ample outdoor furniture, and is a great place to appreciate New Mexico’s famous weather and blue skies.

PLEASE NOTE:

-Home is equipped with a brand new, super efficient central A/C system

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees

- The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

- Two Casitas is trained in COVID-safe practices, and is New Mexico Safe Certified

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

Excellent experience all around! Property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Very quiet, plenty of parking, and super comfortable beds. We really enjoyed cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen and enjoying the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Highly recommend!

perfectly situated 15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe but in a somewhat secluded area. Both bedrooms are decent size. Pet friendly. Easy to get in and out of the place. It is very quiet inside the property. You will hear some road noise outside in front of the property but not at all inside. Management was very responsive which made the stay easier and more enjoyable. The four seasons resort is at most of 10 minute walk away.

Fantastic

Unique, reflective of the environment and culture, architecture and decor! Exactly what we were looking for. The unit was fully stocked from the kitchen and bath essentials to wood for the fireplace. We loved being out a bit from Santa Fe yet only a short drive away. The community was private and super quiet. An added bonus was being a super short drive or walk away from the Four Seasons.

Wonderful spot to stay

Great, quiet location to stay if you want to visit Santa Fe. Appreciate the kitchen being well stocked with cooking supplies. The location is easy to get to for a quick drive to Santa Fe. The hosts were very responsive and everything worked great for the stay.

Super clean and inviting

We loved our stay! The unit was very easy to check in to. The unit itself was super clean and the beds were very comfy. Our dog loved the outdoor patio as well. There were a few items that were broken in the unit, like a cabinet door, but we alerted the staff to it at check out as it did not affect our stay. They promptly responded to fix it and thanked us for the heads up. We really enjoyed the hiking available to us right outside our unit and the quietness of the area. The Village Market in Tesuque was really yummy and we went there twice, highly recommend. We will be back!

Perfect stay for 4

We loved this property. It was a perfect size for 4 people and a great distance to go out exploring. We loved it so much we preferred to get takeout for meals and enjoy in the dining area on our own. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.

Perfect getaway

Two couples rented this unit and we loved the location being outside of Santa Fe but close to so much. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. The Two Casitia’s were easy to work with and kind communicators!

Perfect location for a great getaway

Very comfortable place that was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had all the tools needed for our cooking needs. Kitchen tools were very high quality. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The 15 minute drive to old town Santa Fe was easy. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and peaceful location

Check in and check out could not have been easier. Just a lock and leave situation, so no stress finishing the trip. The place was very clean and well equipped. Strong wifi signal and lots of tv options. It was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. The porch is lovely. Neighbors are very close (it is a condo), but we never saw them. The Four Seasons is a peaceful 5-10 minute walk across the street for drinks/food/spa etc. Tesuque Village Market is less than a 10 minute drive. Easy 20 minute drive to the Plaza. Highly recommended!

Great property in Santa Fe

The condo was decorated beautiful in a perfect secluded and quiet location and a just quick drive into Santa Fe to eat dinner, explore, shop, groceries, etc. We enjoyed the gas fire pit and gas grill and just taking in the beautiful weather and scenery on the patio. We will be back!
