Kitchen, Washing Machine, Iron, with a 270 degrees view - ocean, beach and marina views. Walking distance to Mandurah foreshore, restaurants, shops and cinema.

The outdoor swimming pool is fabulous and heated to 26˚ with a family barbecue set-up near to it. Stretch your muscle and enjoy playing in our tennis court. Safety indoor and outdoor car park is available.

A very spacious property with great views and location. Check in was easy with great communication from owner about how to access the property. Secure parking is available covered and un-covered. Nicely equipped kitchen, extra blankets provided for winter nights. Nice large bathrooms with good lighting for make-up (ladies). Very comfortable bed with scented sheets!Fabulous pool on the property and easy walking access from property to beach. Restaurants, Bars and Cafes only minutes' walk away. The slightly lower rating for cleaning is given because of some temporary oversight by cleaners only, this was brought to the attention of the owner who was quick to apologize. I am sure this oversight will not be repeated.

This is a great apartment , wow factor views of the beach and marina . Very easy to walk into town or for a meal at the marina . We had a fantastic stay during crabfest . The apartment had everything you could need . Easy parking and a lovely pool , just a note that atm they are fixing the breakwater out the front of the pool area so some piles of sand and big machinery , non of this can be seen from the units fab wrap around balcony
