Air conditioned with secure rear garden /undercover patio and barbecue.

Jennifer was absolutely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.AND we loved the “cottage” - had a beautiful seaside feeling plus so light, bright, cool and clean.AND our dogs loved the backyard and even though they are mid to large dogs and the yard is quaint, they appreciated it so much.

Highly recommended!! We absolutely loved our stay, the location is great, the unit is gorgeous, very near & tidy with a great back yard. Fantastic communication with the host, Jennifer who more than happy to ensure we had a great getaway & being able to have a much loved doggo stay was the icing on the cake, ensuring we will stay again. For a short stay, which we did, the property was perfect. Finally, a property where you can have your pampered pet/s. Walking distance to everything we like to do, when staying in Mandurah. The host/owner Jennifer is lovely and very accommodating. WE WILL BE BACK.

Lacking

The property is in a good location re near the beach. It appeared to be recently refurbished.However there was a complete lack of amenities . One three seater lounge, old and uncomfortable, in an otherwise empty lounge room. Bathroom had no towel rails and a tiny hard to use hand basin.The two bedrooms had very cheap and very uncomfortable matresses. The kitchen had limited appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. The fridge had no shelves in it and was tiny and almost unuseable.Advertised barbecue was not there.For the high nightly price the unit was sadly lacking in everything, and did not compare with other rentals we have booked for much less amount and with double amenities.A lot needs to be added to give value for money.

Beautiful accomodation and location

Very impressed with all aspects of the accomodation and the convenience of beach access. The best part is I was able to bring my dogs.

Nice weekend breakaway

It was a nice surprise when we entered the property, the photos did not do it justice, It was spotless and we felt at home instantly. It was a short walk to the foreshore and just what we wanted. Will stay here again Thanks, Jen!

Road trip to pick up New Puppy 🐶

Location, Location, Location 👈 . Everything was perfect. 3 min walk to the beach , 4 min drive to IGA and next door to the Best Pizza in Perth , " Peles " 🍕. 10 mins to Mandurah Forum which had Everything your heart desired ♥️ .The accommodation had everything including comfy beds and a fully enclosed backyard for the Puppies 🐶. Definitely stay there again 👈🙏♥️

Excellent location

The property was clean and well-presented and had all that we required for our stay. I love the location as it was a 2min walk to the beautiful Town Beach. I would definitely recommend this property. The property managers were wonderful and made the whole process very easy.
