Situated in a lovely tranquil part of town this beautifully presented 3 x 1 home is equipped with all you and your family will need to enjoy your next getaway.

Enjoy the sun on your face, whilst enjoying a morning cuppa out the front, whilst discussing what today's adventures will include. After your day exploring, come home and wash the sand off in the outdoor shower then kick back in the big open plan living area or sit out the back and enjoy a sundowner or two. For the cooler months there is a pot belly in the living area to warm you up. One bag of wood included for bookings between 1st May and 15th September.

All 3 bedrooms have very comfy beds, perfect to drift off to sleep and listen to the sound of the waves

Waves and Moore has a full linen service provided including towels.

Pet friendly-Enclosed back yard.

Fantastic FREE outdoor activities

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

The beds were very comfortable. It's a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for crockery and equipment but there is minimal pantry items so take everything you need with you.

Fantastic Family Friendly Location

From arrival to checkout we had a wonderful time. 3 nights away which we thoroughly enjoyed due to the comfort and cleanliness of this awesome holiday home. It had everything we needed and more! Cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be back soon!! Thank you Waves and Moore 👌👌👌

Very clean and neat house

Waves and Moore was very well cared for and spotlessly clean. The aircon was a welcome bonus on the cooler nights. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Guilderton

Beautifully presented interior. Modern decor, clean & well equipped. Finding the aircon on when I arrived was a welcome surprise on a very hot day. The bed was comfortable, albeit & little high for someone with a mobility issue. The exterior, in particular the backyard, needs a lot of work. The ground & the paving are uneven, presenting a trip hazard for the older person or young children. The outdoor table was very rocky as a result & I would not dared to have sat a wine glass on it. Terribly overgrown & the fence looked quite hit & miss and possibly unsafe for my very small dog. Overall, I enjoyed my time.

Modern and very clean. Quiet street. Clean BBQ. No view, WiFi or dishwasher. Much nicer than Guilderton "shacks". I recommend this home.

Quick weekend away

We have stayed at many places, but this would have to have been the cleanest of them all! The kitchen was well equipped for all tastes. The airconditioner was big and the filters were clean - yey! The water was probably too hot- could drop the temperature back a wee bit. The fine for not cleaning the BBQ is a brilliant idea - would be good to have a wire brush to help with that. The beds were comfy, rooms a good size. 2 areas to relax around a table- good for longer stays and if teenages want their own space. The back area will be even better once some lawn grows on the sandy area. Thank you- we will be back!

The only thing that could be improved is a better bbq, with a hood to cook a roast, and a few cupboard staples I.e. oil, salt & pepper etc. But they are just minor things.

Very enjoyable but definitely needs air conditioner

Great location but no airconditioning made it extremely uncomfortable in extreme heat wave & not all the fans work also to sit out the back all the shade cloth is hanging loose so leaves fall on you & your food if you eat out there but over all great place & would recommend it thank you
