Perfect place to stay

Great place to relax while exploring the area.

The place was just as described, and shown in the pictures. It was very private and had great views from the deck. We spent 3 nights here while on our trip to explore the fall foliage in the area and really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place to stay.

The house was comfortable and up to date. Everything was in working order. The outside decks were great to sit on. We had a great time and would totally stay again.

Great family getaway

We had a lovely stay, enjoyed the outdoor spaces and hot tub the most. Hosts were super helpful and communicative and the house was clean and comfortable. The road leading up to the house is steep but we had no issue with our sedan, and it’s def worth the view at the top from the back deck. The house is very private, no neighboring houses are visible but still within easy driving distance to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Rest & Relaxation!

What a great house/location. The house was secluded but close enough to Brevard to enjoy some fine dining, shops, and outdoor activities, including hiking and waterfalls. 5 adults had plenty of space to relax. House was fully stocked. Owners were very accommodating and responsive, when needed. Definitely a keeper!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of the outdoor space and hot tub. The house was clean and well stocked though be aware there while there was seasoning for cooking and plenty of cookware, there are no condiments. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and communicative. There’s a cute coffee shop at the base of the road and plenty of stores nearby. Plus lots of good hiking options. Perfect fit for our crew. Highly recommend!

Great house with fully stocked kitchen

We loved this property! As other people have mentioned, the house feels bigger than it looks in the pictures and it is very private and quiet. The house is very modern and nice and has large rooms and a very well stocked kitchen. It is close to grocery stores and to hiking locations and it’s right off of a main road. Yes, still very quiet. The hosts were very responsive even when we lost power one night around 4:30 in the morning. The host responded confirming a local outage and gave us an estimate for when it would come back on. We are definitely coming back!

long ways from Minnesota!!

We loved everything about this house! from the amazing views, relaxing hot tub and stocked kitchen you have everything you will need and then some. It was very clean! my favorite part is there isn’t a list of to dos when you check out like others. Reading past reviews we were worried about the road up to the house and we had no reason to be. it was a tar road yes steep at time but we had no problem driving our suburban up it to the house, which isn’t far of the main road. It was so nice after a long day of hiking to come back and unwind on the deck or the hottub. You betcha we will be back!

MTB Weekend

My friends and I had a great time staying at this home for our girls mountain bike weekend. It was clean and cozy. The views from their great deck were beautiful. The owners communicated well and check in was so easy. Close to DuPont and Pisgah! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Clean and spacious

Great property - very clean. Nice kitchen, beautiful decks, comfortable bed and hot tub was great. Stocked kitchen with lots of dishes and cookware. Everything we needed.

Beautiful House and Great Location!!!

The house is exactly as described! It was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was tucked away for privacy and even during the almost 90 degree days it was perfectly located under the deck. Getting the fire table lit was tricky. But we loved it once we got it going. On top of the house being perfect, it was only a 10 minute drive from the Entrance to the Pisgah National Forest where we spent lots of time at waterfalls and other forest sights. I would definitely book again!!

Relaxing Weekend in Pisgah Forest

This house is ideally located close to Asheville and even closer to majestic Pisgah Forest and bustling Brevard. The outdoor living spaces are relaxing with a beautiful view and large covered seating and grill area. All of the interior appointments are comfortable and clean. Would recommend and seek to stay here again.

Beautiful place, beware of the road.

We rented this place to stay in for my daughters wedding. The house was very clean and was stocked well with towels, and kitchen items. They also had a large selection of games if you’re stuck inside for any length of time. This is a beautiful home and the patio is a bonus during the day or night. The only issue we had was the road up to the house. It’s steep and has so many potholes that I would dread the trip up to the house every time we returned. ** I’m aware the property owners are not responsible for, nor do they have any influence on when or if it gets repaired** I do think it would have helped if it was disclosed. We did have family that was supposed to come stay but didn’t because they were concerned about their car with the road condition.

Great place for a girl's weekend escape

The property was even better than pictured and described. It was very well-prepared for guests, and there are beautiful nature photos of the area on the walls. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the balcony is private, with great views. I would definitely rent this house again. The only surprise was the steep, rough road leading to the house. Once we were there, everything was great!

Excellent Home with Luxury Amenities!

We had a group of 6 there and all slept very comfortably! We loved how close it was to everything (including grocery stores, Asheville, etc.) yet still away-enough from any neighbors and other noise. You definitely felt like you were in a cabin in the middle of the woods (and you essentially were). The views were even better than the photos let on, and the management service was OUTSTANDING. Very responsive, candid, and notably went the extra mile for us. All in all - phenomenal stay and great value! We'd go back.
