It was not very clean and there were a lot of stairs to access the property. Also very loud overhead as it was on the bottom floor. But very convenient for Ski Granby.

Lovely Spring Break

Came up for spring break and to make use of the ski in/ski out location. Super convenient location close to the Granby Ranch base, and the hot tub was a great way to warm up. Definitely would stay here again!

Loved staying here

We spent close to a week at this property and had a wonderful time. The property had everything we needed and, when we did have one minor problem, Ron responded quickly. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect place to ski in/ski out in Granby

We stayed for a long weekend of skiing and this condo worked out perfectly for us. Plenty of space, it had everything we needed, and the fact we could just ski in and ski out was wonderful.

Loved staying at the condo for our family ski trip to Granby. Condo was clean and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. Fabulous Mountain View’s and a super convenient ski in and ski out access to the quick draw express lift.

Love this home!

My family and I had a wonderful experience here in March. Perfect location for skiing and within a wonderful community. Ron was very responsive and kind.

Great condo and very close to slope

Very nice condo with all the needed amenities that included the hot tub, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and two good bathrooms and bedrooms. The property is close to the slope and makes skiing in and out extremely easy.

The condo was well appointed--it had everything you need. The views were wonderful. Comfortable living and the HOT TUB was amazing. The owners and Evolve made the process of renting and check-in a breeze.

Great unit with awesome view

The condo is well furnished, comfortable, and very clean. The owner provides everything needed for a stay plus some extras. An added plus is there is a grocery store very close by. Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake are close by also with many options for dining and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the unit above ours had a hot tub which overflowed, causing significant damage to one of the bedrooms in the unit. We contacted the owner of the property and what could have been a disaster, 3 hours before the wedding, turned out to be resolved within an hour. The maintenance crew and property management staff were able to transfer us to a different unit and helped with transfer. The wedding was beautiful.

Just What We Needed !

Just what we needed for a 4 day getaway. Relaxing home with beautiful views of the snow capped Rockies. We went snowmobiling, horseback riding and tubing in WP. Came from NC and fell in love with Granby. We will be back!

Family Vacation

Check in process was so easy. We received several emails before arriving with door code and instructions. We loved the ski in/out. It was close to our condo. We had no issues with the condo so no need to contact anyone during our stay.

Wonderful Condo, Great location

We really loved the property. Fabulous property with all needed amenities, in a great location. Near to several attractions. Owner Ron was very responsive. We got all the needed information from Ron right after our booking. Ron responded quickly for any questions and very accommodating. We will surely be back for next summer and looking forward to stay in this property again.
