Newly remodeled last year, the condo is family friendly (equipped with high chair, Pack 'N Play, and a small capacity washer-dryer combo) and you will find everything you need for the perfect mountain escape in this one-bedroom condo with a loft. Make your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (equipped with Shabu Shabu Hot Pot & BBQ Grill Pan) and then relax after a day of adventure in the inviting living room with a 4K smart TV, gas fireplace and the hot tub. The couches in the living room and dining room pull out into queen-size sofa beds.

Off of the living room, you will find the main bedroom that boasts a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a loft with two queen beds and a bathroom.

Outdoor grills, free WiFi, ski lockers, coin-operated laundry, seasonal outdoor pool, and tennis courts make this the perfect location for your next mountain getaway. Mountainside offers close access to skiing, biking, fishing, and golfing at Granby Ranch. Mountainside is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
