Absolutely a fantastic cabin on the river

Perfect location on the river; had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. It had all the comforts of home. We got to meet the owners; Connie and Tom…super nice people. We hope to make it back again.

Cute cabin getaway

If you are looking for a quiet space to getaway this is a great location. We cold plunged in the creek, soaked in the hot tub and went on many walks. The weather was perfect to enjoy some sun and explore Plains and Leavenworth.

Family trip

Had a great stay. Only issue was could only bring 2 of my 3 grown children since max occupancy was 4. There was enough room for 5. Overall accommodations were good.

Beautiful location and Cabin

The cabin sits up the mountain side with the river below. Nice trails down to the river, that my dogs love! The cabin was just as pictured which was beautiful! The game room was quite fun and indoor/outdoor hot tub was perfect. It was so nice to sit on the porch, drink your coffee or wine and watch the river. Definitely a place we will rent again.

This is a wonderful, cozy property. I come back every year. I had trouble reaching the property contact but finally got through to someone at Evolve on the day of my stay who was able to answer my questions and assist. Everything needed is provided. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Would recommend!

WOW! What a beautiful property!

Absolutely beautiful home and surrounding area! Would definitely love to stay here again. With the heavy snow, it would be nice to be warned ahead of time and be provided with help (driveway is steep and we got stuck several times). Was also a little hard to get in touch with the property manager, but luckily the neighbors were very nice and helpful. Overall, had a great time and was happy I could bring my dog with me. Definitely recommend and plan to be back!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Thus is a beautiful property. We've stayed here before. We'll stocked. The owner couldn't be nicer. We saw that they took the small notes from our last stay. Our only complaints were that we tried to reach the management contact 3 times with no response and that one of the advertised rooms was no longer accessible. Would still book again, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The owner called to make sure we were OK in the snowy weather and was able to explain the reason for the room issue. I think the management company just needs to do a better job with the listing and responding to customers. The home is beautiful and well stocked. A very comfortable space.

It was amazing, and we were lucky enough to get snowing days

We absolutely enjoyed the stay, we had a BIG place to only the both of us, but it was wonderful, we stay in the upstairs bed because of the view was the best. The only thing I will suggest and base on previous experiences really this time was cut short on it was clean towels, I was even willing to wash them but there was no laundry soap, we always had laundry soap before. Unfortunately the propane tanks were also empty, that was a disappointment we had to quickly change plans for dinner, and thankfully we had matches the only lighter available was also empty. I should add that propane was replace the next day, that was good but (was the next day). Beautiful place, I would love to be there in hot weather and take advantage of the river, and YES I will comeback, I’m actually thinking about bringing my sister for a sisters get away.

A lovely cabin with an amazing view and all the amenities

This property was wonderful for a Thanksgiving weekend stay with our dogs. Leavenworth was way too busy with the Christmas Lighting, so we chose to stay at the cabin the whole weekend and were never bored. In spite of having neighbors, it felt very private and was very quiet. The game room pool table, air hockey table, and hot tub were perfect pastimes, along with the multiple balconies for enjoying the view and sound of the river. The balcony was great for lazy coffee mornings. We played games from the game closet and listened to music and sports on the radio, as unfortunately the TV was for streaming services only, which we do not use. There is a slightly steep switch-back trail down to the river with a nice little bench to enjoy the river which the dogs loved. The small lawn area was also great for walking the dogs and throwing them a tennis ball. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare the whole meal, except a food thermometer which we had forgotten to bring along. The driveway was a little treacherous, so we were thankful there was no snow to complicate the sharp turn and steepness. The amenities really make this property the gem that it is.

Perfect stay

What a wonderful cabin. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. The location is great. The view out the windows of the river in snow is so relaxing. And the hot tub and games room meant fun for everyone. Very clean and comfortable too!

Great riverside cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin! Great view of the river, lots of room/space for multiple family, very well stocked kitchen, fun game room plus hot tub! My dog also enjoyed the grass area and the path down to the river. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful deck and outdoor area much due to the smoke from the nearby wildfires. Would love to go back when the air is cleared so we can truly enjoy everything this cabin has to offer.

Great stay.

Being on the river is fantastic. But keep in mind that the house sits quite a bit higher than the river. It's not as accessible as the imagery makes it seem. Great house for large groups. It was only 2 of us - but there's a lot of room for large groups.

Thanksgiving Weekend Family Trip

This was a beautiful house right on the river, location was fabulous! There was plenty of space and fun activities for the kids and we loved that our dogs could come with us. We were a bit disappointed with the stock of kitchen items and the cleanliness of the house when we arrived. There was old milk left in the fridge, sink drains had hair/dirt in them, some areas hadn't even been swept. We arrived the night before Thanksgiving and brought most of what we needed however we had to run to the local store and spend a small fortune Thanksgiving day on basic items that I felt should be stocked in a rental house...salt/pepper, paper towels (we were only left half a roll for 12 people/4 nights, laundry soap (only enough to do 2 loads total), dishwasher tablets, clorox wipes, ziplock bags, etc... The oven was so cute but definitely a challenge to work with while cooking Thanksgiving dinner, I wish I would have known this prior to our arrival. We did email property management with questions and never received an email back.

Perfect cabin for relaxing getaway

The property was clean and had beautiful views! The beds were very comfortable and the game room downstairs was fun. You can walk down to the river on a small path that is a little steep but very doable and there is a bench to sit on to enjoy watching people float by. The oven and range took a bit to get used to but overall worked well. Would definitely recommend this spot for families and friends getting together for a weekend away.
