Great home base

This house was perfect for our family of four to visit Northern Arizona and was a very comfortable home base. Well appointed with plenty of towels and extra bedding, as well as plenty of kitchen/cooking needs. Our host, Rodney, was very responsive and helpful. I think I’m the snow you’d want to be sure to have a 4WD vehicle, as the road and driveway are pretty steep. The house is about 15 mins from Flagstaff, 45 from Sedona, 90 each to Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon, and a little inter two hours to Petrified Forest.

The Best!

Our stay at this property deserves 10 stars if that were an option! We escaped from the Phoenix heat for a few days with our adult son and his wife. Everything was perfect ... from the weather (even though we had a few days of rain) to the house and all the amenities that were included. The house was in perfect order ... clean and stocked with most anything that was needed. Rod, the owner, made himself available by phone to answer any questions we had. Our stay in the woods was just what we needed ... not only away from the heat, but in a beautiful setting away from all the noise of the city. The neighborhood was quiet, Flagstaff was fun to explore ... we would absolutely stay here again.

This cabin/home was a very nice place to stay. It was a clean and up-to-date home with plenty of space for a medium sized family. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Flagstaff but away from the busyness of town. Also close to walking trails. We would stay here again.

Ponderosa Pine Paradise

We loved staying in the Ponderosa pine forest with hiking trails just down the street!! Flagstaff/NAU was just a short drive away, and Snowbowl was not far either. The was the perfect location for visiting the college campus and for hitting the slopes all in one trip! Plus the house was clean, comfortable, and out in the pines which was what we were looking for!

We loved how quiet it was! The beds were comfortable. The pine trees and the morning sun coming through the windows were even better than the pictures. Everything was easy to find. It was a great kitchen to cook in.

Exceeded expectations

The property was completely clean, quiet and very comfortable for our 3 night Flagstaff visit. The location was minutes from town and shortened our drive for a fun day at Slide Rock Park and Sedona. The home interior was bright, modern and well furnished with everything we needed for a memorable stay!

Perfect spot

Great location on a quiet street, very close to simple hiking trails and a short drive to Flagstaff and other outdoor adventure. Really appreciated the dog shower as well!

What a great home with a great view! My family enjoyed the home and the location. All rooms were clean and well prepared to take on guests. We have no complaints other than our visit was too short. I will definitely look for this home again when returning to Flagstaff.
