Cozy Mountain Town Farmhouse for Winter Fun in Flag!

Peaceful yet centrally-located and nestled in the quiet community of Kachina Village. It's only 7 miles (about 10 minutes) South of Flagstaff. This beautiful, cozy, clean home is decorated with farmhouse decor and furnishings. This is a newly built home and is designed for you to relax and enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Here, you can enjoy the beautiful lush surrounding of ponderosa pines, many types of greenery & yet close to downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, and Bearizona!
The space
Absolutely darling cozy home!! You’ll love how it’s beautifully decorated and very homey.

This home is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Master Bed 1: Queen with private mini kitchenette (Microwave, fridge and coffee maker and sink) with TV
Bed 2: Queen
Bed 3: Bunkbed with trundle with TV and Children’s toys
Living room: Sofa bed Queen TV in living room

We fully stocked the kitchen with coffee (for drip coffee makers), creamers, all types of sweeteners, tea, and hot chocolate. We offer a Keurig coffee machine but we do not provide the K-Cups. If you feel like cooking, we’ve fully stocked the shelves with all kinds of spices, rubs, cooking oil, olive oil, soy sauce and many more to mention. The kitchen cookware is also well stocked and we’ve added an air fryer. If you would rather cook on BBQ grill we got you covered - you can enjoy the outdoor seating area while cooking your favorite steaks!

This home has Wi-Fi/internet. You can stream Netflix or Prime Video. We do have a DVD player and a variety of DVD movies for you to choose from. We encourage our guests to enjoy the porch, back patio and enjoy the outdoors. This is the time to unplug from your busy city life! Verizon wireless subscribers will have no problem with reception. I cannot verify the other service providers but I am sure it won't be a problem.

Unlike most homes in Flagstaff, we DO have air conditioning for those really hot days. Although, we still do love to open the windows at night and enjoy the fresh cool air!

Small dogs are welcome with a non-refundable $150 per stay. One dog is allowed per stay and must be 25 lbs. or less.

You have access to the entire home except the master bathroom closet. It’s reserved for owners and cleaning company. Coconino County STR Permit #STR-25-0707

No smoking, events/parties. Please report any damage including linens and towels. Any fees to clean or replace items will be charged to the guest.
When leaving: place used towels in hamper or laundry room floor. Load dishwasher and take any trash to the green bin at the end of the driveway.
If fire pit was used, make sure knob is in off position and propane tank is turned off when not in use and put the metal and fabric cover on fire pit.

The house was a comfortable and welcoming space for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had plenty of coffee, which we all appreciated! The front porch was a great spot to relax outdoors, and although it rained during our visit so we didn’t get to use the backyard, it looked like a nice space as well. The neighborhood feels lived-in and local, with families and pets around, which added a friendly, homey vibe.

This property is clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. It is super easy to communicate with the host, and they are gracious. We stayed here twice in the span of a month - highly recommend!

Quaint mountain retreat

We were very pleased with this stay!! A happy birthday banner was a special little touch everyone enjoyed! Goes to show the care these property owners have for their guests! Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

They thought of everything!

We had a quick stay but the property had everything you could possibly need for a nice stay. The house looks newly renovated and was very clean. Communication with the owner was great, she was quick to respond to all questions. Everything is neatly labeled to make it quick and easy to find whatever you are looking for. The kitchenette in the master bedroom was a really nice unexpected touch.

Loved the house!

This house was adorable and super clean and organized! The host made sure everthing was ready to go and that you had everything you needed for your stay. We appreciated the snacks and wine when we got there. Would recommend this place if heading to Flagstaff.

Sweet, relaxing stay with extended family

Quaint house. Backyard so nice with trees and the breeze. 5 adults felt roomy enough. Very clean. Very friendly. Had everything we could need. Felt safe. Perfect location between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Grateful.

A WINDOW-FILLED WINTER GETAWAY!!!

We absolutely loved this house! The windows all over the house made it seem much larger... It was clean, well heated, and well stocked! We were snowed in for almost 3 days, and any other place we have stayed in the past, would have left us depressed and bored to death. We enjoyed watching the snow fall, almost 3 feet, and we never felt like we were trapped! The windows gave us a open view of the beautiful snow, and the newly built house was a pleasant experience. The owner was always prompt to answer our messages. and very helpful as well. She also made sure someone came by to help dig us out! You will not regret staying here anytime of the year, less than 20 minutes from Flagstaff and all the restaurants and stores! We will definitely be interested in staying here next winter!
