Boutique Barn is a self contained very private two storey accomodation With a small BBQ court yard and private parking .
The building is a Double storey brick garage/ loft office, recently converted into a tastefully renovated and decorated Residence With touches of Bohemian.
This accomodation would be perfect for anyone that needs to access the hospital or for a couple wanting to just hide away from it all . You can take advantage Of the lovely walking / riding tracks around the Campaspe River which lead to the beautiful Port of Echuca where you will find numerous boutique restaurants, coffee shops and trendy pubs to gather and dine .
The gorgeous Back 9 Hole golf course is just around the corner and the Echuca Hospital Is approx 250 mts away .
This accomodation is a seperate dwelling to another holiday rental Deck On Eyre which accommodates 11 guests. These guest houses can be booked for seperate or joined bookings .
The town of Echuca is a perfect place to visit if you’re looking at doing things leisurely and differently .
Being wined and dined while Cruising on a paddle steamer boat as you enjoy the bird life of The Murray River .
Hire a kayak or paddle board and watch the house boats pass you by.
Visit the very popular wineries and enjoy some local wines and gourmet food.

Cosy Barn Style Accommodation

Enjoyed the ambience of this property. Very comfortable - in particular the king size bed was amazingly comfy! Close to town which was great. Highly recommend.

Overall, nice accommodation, but the hot water runs out quick, well supplied, loved the ice maker. Bed was comfy, TV, not great

Great Getaway to Echuca

Had a great couple of days in Echuca. The home is a short distance to the main entertainment area of Echuca, about a ten minute walk. Great to walk through different streets with beautiful old homes along the wide streets. Great comfortable bed and well maintained premises. Thank you for a great stay. Cheers Blair & Sandra

Great stay

Sue’s place was really lovely. Everything was immaculately clean and decorated. Sue was easy to communicate with and made the stay very comfortable and smooth.

Fine for a short stay.

We had a great time in Echuca and the accommodation was fine for a short stay. Great location to explore the surrounding area and Sue & Mogga communication was great.

Pleasant rest stop one night or more

We were only passing through Echuca for one night on a road trip but enjoyed our stay here. We would stay here again.

Family stay

The property was clean and cosy for a cold weekend in Echuca. The facilities were great, from the sensor lights in the bathrooms and on the stairs to the basics in the kitchen. Very happy.
