Nestled at the base of Mt Ninderry, a short stroll to the mountain walking track, and a short drive to the Wappa waterfalls, this acreage property offers country lifestyle with an abundance of wildlife, with all the benefits of living within a short drive to the best beaches, restaurants, Eumundi markets and train station. You will have an entire main house on the upper level of 2 storey Queenslander with private driveway /entrance. There is a small caretaker granny flat on the lower level. Ann Maree, the caretaker, is there if help is needed, and, in addition, offers in-house delicious cooking, extra cleaning and laundry. Otherwise, she doesn’t interact with the guests. Most of our guests found this arrangement extremely useful.

Weekend Catch up

Our friends stayed at this peaceful property for our birthdays on the Labour Day weekend. There is heaps of space in this semi rural setting right beside Mt Ninderry. We visited Yandina each day, only 5 mins away by car. We really enjoyed our stay.

Holiday

The property was well presented and we loved the serenity of it all.. Only downside is that we couldn’t access the laundry, as we didn’t want to disturb the caretaker downstairs.. Wonderful week away..

Beautiful views.

We stayed for a family gathering, much needed relaxation and green time - this house delivered on everything. Stunning open views from each area of the living space. My personal highlight was doing some yoga on the deck with the kookaburras visiting. My children loved the animals visiting, birds, kangaroos and our favourite two kookaburras who had a spot on the deck. A great big space for mixed family stays, all ages. We loved it.

Relaxing location

Roomy house located in quiet bushland setting with beautiful views from 2 balconies. Friendly and helpful host, with prompt and clear communication. Only 5 minutes to Yandina with all essential shops and services, Noosa Heads about 25 min drive away. Great accomodation if you’re seeking a relaxing and calming stay.

Amongst the gum trees

We only stayed 1 night. The place was clean & the property outside is lovely and visited by kangaroo’s & other wildlife. However, be aware the caretaker lives downstairs and didn't abide by the no noise after 10pm curfew we were given. Decor is dated. Towels & linen are old & some with stains. Our experience was a little disappointing :-(
