Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Sugarloaf, this bright and refreshing cabin is perfect for your Big Bear getaway. Walking distance to local parks, bars and hiking trails. Just a short drive to Snow Play, the Convention Center, ski resorts, the Village, and more! Perfect for families or a small group of friends.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs bedroom/loft has a king bed, two queen beds, a twin bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/ oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Gas barbecue and picnic table. Enjoy the front deck or spacious fully fenced backyard! Outdoor activities include cornhole.

My daughters had so much fun they didn’t even want to leave. They loved the loft and the fireplace.

The kitchen was a great asset it had everything we needed to make a great family meal. The heating was great and loved that we can watch a family movie together with your great WiFi service. Thank you for providing great experience for my family.

Family getaway

It’s a steep cleaning fee while they expect you to clean and out away your dishes. It makes you wonder if the previous occupants cleaned them well and kind of grossed me out so bring your own paper plates/etc to make it easy. There were cobwebs here and there but otherwise clean. Cozy and easy weekend away.

Great quite neighborhood not far from town

we had everything needed. Suggest better fans since some broken & loud. But prompt response & thought of everything! I let them know of qobbley tables but easy Fix! Be fun for winter snow days Too! Wed be back. Thanks 😊

Comfy and quiet

Our family of four and our dog had a nice 2 night stay here. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We have a reactive dog and were relieved there was space to walk her without a ton of other dogs around. Plenty of cooking supplies which was helpful. We used both TVs for movies and video games. The furniture was falling apart and wobbly. Definitely needs repair or replacement (dining room table felt like it was going to collapse any moment and the chairs were all missing pieces!). The weird goose without wings needs to be removed. Dishware was all quite chipped. The second night the downstairs TV stopped working (the apps didnt load) but worked the next morning. Downstairs bedroom is very noisy if there are guests staying in the loft. Also, we found two very large spiders during our stay and released them outside. So it might be worth spraying for future guests.

Nice stay

Place was very nice. Cleaning needs to be more detailed. Lots of cobwebs in the rafters, old fly tape covered in bugs on an upper windowsill, mound on bathroom ceiling, etc. Also, the wall heater is not great to keep the whole place warm. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were freezing. Like, tile floors making your feet cramp bc they were so cold.

Clean Cozy and Quaint

Looked just like the pics. Very clean, neighborhood was quiet and safe, good for families. It does have a small backyard for use that it doesn’t mention (added plus). The house has a good layout for families with young or older children. One bedroom is downstairs while the loft area is very fun having FOUR beds (1 of each size, a King, Queen, Full and Twin). I’m a family of four and we all stayed upstairs and had one bed each. Great slumber party. I’d rent here again and recommend it.

Everything we needed for a quick getaway. So nice to be able to bring our 2 small dogs too!

Plenty of pillows and warm blankets. Everything we needed to cook breakfast and a nice bbq to grill on too. Cute edison bulb lights over the deck to make our dinner outside cozy.

Sugarloaf vacation

Was very comfortable in cabin- loved the roaring fire each evening reading a book and the TV’s were easy to watch our movies shows. Very relaxing
