Top floor modern apartment with a fresh, modern feel throughout is now available for holidays. Modern kitchen overlooks the spacious living and dining area, which opens onto a wide, deep north facing balcony with glimpses of the beautiful Noosa River

The Noosa River offers all kinds of water sports from the adrenaline rush on jet skis to swimming, kayaking or boat hire.

Relax on a ferry cruise and absorb the natural surroundings and wild life along the Noosa River into the cosmopolitan Hasting Street and the world famous Main Beach.

You have the best of Noosa on your door step.

-2 large light and airy bedrooms - Main bedroom with Queen & Smart T.V, 2 x Single Beds in 2nd bedroom

-Laundry behind bi-fold doors - F & P top loader washing machine and clothes dryer

-Zone ducted Air Conditioning plus fans throughout the apartment

-Communal swimming pool / spa and communal B.B.Q /table & chairs, sun lounges

-Second level (no lift) approx. 30 stairs, single level inside

-Undercover parking for 1 vehicle

-WiFi unlimited

-Smart T.V in the living area the TV is already connected, please log onto your personal Netflix account plus Blue-Ray player; 2nd Smart T.V in main bedroom

Great location near the river

Close to the river in small block of units. Full size kitchen with everything you needed. Only issue was faulty smoke detectors which went off at all hours - hopefully will be fixed ASAP

PERFECT GETAWAY

Beautiful, large, open and light accommodation with the perfect northerly aspect. As it is set back from the main street it is quiet with little or no foot traffic passing yet close to every convenience required for the best getaway. Restaurants, shops and the beautiful waterways are within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great location and accommodation

Can’t speak highly enough of this property, the ease of booking and key collection. The property was spotless and it was such a great location so close to the river. I loved our stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Spacious and bright

Clean, crisp, bright and well appointed. No views but easy access to absolutely everything we wanted and needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Friendly Staff at Laguna

Had a great time with family at this spacious and conveniently located apartment. Great that both kids and adults bedrooms had own ensuites. Beds are clean and comfy. The kitchen is huge and had all appliances and utensils you need - not that we cooked once though. The pool area is great but my only criticism is the spa was not warm for the guests. We could see other families enjoying a warm spa at the surrounding resorts. I asked the maintenance guy to turn on but he said he couldnt. Overall a great stay. The ladies at Laguna real estate are lovely.

Noosaville holiday

Wonderful accommodation- everything was there including little things like salt and pepper and oil etc. very comfortable and roomy apartment and excellent location for restaurants and supermarket!!nice warm pool. Would book again without a doubt.

Great location and would recommend to all . Had problem with main TV in lounge not working, had to use smaller one from bedroom. Felt they should have hired replacement.

Perfect home away from home.

My mum and I spent a holiday together here. Excellent location, large spacious living area and lovely large balcony. The time went too quickly. Would stay here again..

Little noosa escape

A delightful little getaway to Noosaville. The unit was perfectly presented and had many of the necessaties needed for meal preparation etc (like oil, salt and pepper - that I happened to forget) so this was awesome. Great winter sun that floods onto the deck.

Perfect, spacious

We enjoyed 5 days at this property and it suited our needs perfectly. Walking distance to river, shops. We took our boat and parked in the rear street, no problem Took bikes and rode to Noosa main beach in10 minutes We loved it. Kids loved the ability to login to our Netflix account
