Renovated in 2020 3BD 2BA, sleeps up to 12 in a tranquil neighborhood on the edge of Page; view of the Vermillion Cliffs from the front; patio table and BBQ plus elevated front porch, minutes from downtown.

7 & 12 min from Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon

15-20 min to Lake Powell

🚤Boat/Jet ski parking off street on our vacant lot (shared)

-We've created a large bunk room in what would be the traditional master suite, it's a big room with lots of closet space plus an ensuite bathroom with tub, walk in shower, separate toilet room and two sinks.

-The other two bedrooms have kings sized beds, walk in closets, and share the 2nd bath with shower/tub.

🧑🏼‍🍳 Kitchen (and bathrooms) with white quartz counter tops plus fully outfitted with electric cook top, stainless steel fridge, full size oven & microwave, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, stainless steel pans, toaster, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils and flatware provided. You'll find common spices available for cooking use.

- Concrete front patio with patio furniture, also seating on covered porch, perfect for morning coffee.

You have access to the entire property, this is an entire house to yourself, not shared, no meals provided.

Iron & Ironing board available on request

🚭Absolutely no smoking of any substance, no vaping or e-cigarettes, inside the house. If you smoke outside, pick up your butts.

We provide access to Wi-FI with a 1GB modem, but please be aware, Page is a small town in a remote area, the internet sometimes goes up & down for no apparent reason. We provide a smart TV with YouTubeTV.



I am available nearly all the time via text, email, or phone, but do not live in Page. Camilla, the local host will check in with you and can answer any questions.



We are in a recently built area on the edge of the neighborhood known as the Ranchettes, generally it is more peaceful than being in the middle of town. If you have ATVs, you are on the brink of miles and miles of desert trails. You have a view of a mesa to the south nearby and the Vermillion Cliffs to the west and are only five minutes from the Walmart super center and some restaurants and ten minutes from the center of town with Safeway and many other restaurants. The town of Page is quite small, so nothing is very far away.



Lake Powell Massage, which I highly recommend after a long active day, is only 10 minutes away.



In the middle of the Grand Circle, you are:

* 5-10 minutes to various options in Page: SUP, rafting, canyon tours, etc.

* 5-10 minutes from the Rimrock Trail which surrounds the town and allows a pleasant long or short walk, dog walk, bike ride, etc.

* 10 minutes from Horseshoe Bend, AZ

* 10 minutes from the world famous Antelope Canyons

* 10 minutes from Lake Powell

* 10 minutes from the Glen Canyon Dam and some rafting starts

* 45 minutes from Lee's Ferry/Marble Canyon, popular start to rafting the Grand Canyon

* 2 hours from Monument Valley, UT

2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon National Park, UT

* 2.5 hours from the North or South Rim of the Grand Canyon

*2.75 hours from Four Corners, New Mexico

* 4.25 hours from Canyonlands National Park

* 4.25 hours from Moab, UT

*4.5 hours from Phoenix Airport

* 4.5 hours from Las Vegas Airport

*6 hours from Salt Lake City Airport

We also own and rent out the house next door, a large group could easily rent both homes, or a larger group could rent our 3 houses in a row; and a huge family group might want our 4 homes to take over the cul de sac for a family reunion!



A cleaning fee is added when you book.

No Pets Allowed

No parties, no extra guests beyond the original agreed number without permission.

Amazing host, Pristine house, Beautiful scenery

The house doesn't look like much from the outside, but from the minute we opened the front door, we felt at ease! The giant couch in the living room easily accommodated our group of NINE! We loved the queen sized bunk beds, and each family had their own room. Amazingly, everything in the house WORKED! I've stayed at several places where I felt like appliances or doors were held together with duct tape and chewing gum. Not here! This house is immaculately maintained with care and love. The owner of the house happened to be in town and staying at the house next door. She was more than helpful with suggesting activities, tours, outings, etc. We had our own boat and she made sure that we had all of the local information for best spots and where/how to launch. When she found out I was a runner, she suggested routes, and made it clear that we were welcome to explore the desert area out the front door. We had a great trip!

The owners are amazing

The owners are kind, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The place is very clean and nice. I loved the many beds and open floor plan. The space and beds were jjust what we needed for a family members wedding. They even have three rental homes side by side so you can all be together. That is AWESOME!!!!! The neighborhood was quiet, nice and friendly. I would absolutely, MOST definitely rent this house again.

What a wonderful stay for our party of 11. The home was located conveniently to all amenities that were helpful for our large party. We were able to visit local restaurants and discount stores for supplies before setting out for the day very easily. It was located on a quiet street with breathtaking views from the driveway. We felt safe and welcomed in what seemed to be a community setting. We stayed at the start of a 14 day vacation while taking in the unbelievable views of Horse Shoe Bend (located near by) and Lake Powell for just couple of days before heading north to Yellowstone. Communication was great by the owners and kitchen essentials were of plenty. We were comfortable for the two nights of our stay and ate meals right at the table. The living room was super spacious as were the bedrooms. Overall an excellent stay and would consider staying again if we were to return to the area.

Perfect spot

Perfect house for our family and our friends. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. Such a cute house, comfortable and everything was clean. We also loved how close it was to everything- antelope canyon, HorseShoe bend, restaurants, Lake Powell. We all had a great time!

Great Property

The house was very well maintained. Great accommodations, it was large enough for our whole family to hang out and eat at. We all really enjoyed the property. The communication was also very good. Close to town and Lake Powell.

Cozy house with super responsive host and great location

Horseshoe Bend house was a cozy, clean and well maintained house. Adria was great in communication and provided very useful information. We stayed as group of 12. Needed to adjust sleeping arrangement as master bedroom had 2 bunk beds. All supplies were adequately maintained and of good quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Casual, clean property in quiet neighborhood

Great property: simple, clean, comfortable home. We had two families, 4 adults and 5 teenagers- and fit comfortably in the rooms. We used this house as “base camp” while spending most of our days on Lake Powell. The boat parking was a great touch and the neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Communication with owners was simple, checking in and out were efficient, and the property was exactly as advertised. Great home for the price.

Spring Break 2021

This home was recently updated and very comfortable. It had a spacious kitchen and living room. The house was centrally located to everything on our list of sights to see. We appreciated Adria's suggestions for kayak and boat tours, Sean at Paddle Express was great to work with. We loved our visit to Page!

My husband and I live in Washington state and have always loved to visit Lake Powell, now we have a vacation home in Page and that's what we are sharing with you. My onsite manager, Camilla, is a partner in this house, we work together to provide a great vacation experience for our guests. Personally, I love to travel to places where I can stay long enough to get the feel for the people and the area, some of my favourites are France (Dordogne region); UK (Scotland); & Canada (Vancouver Island) and I hope to add to that list in the future. I love to read, walk in nature with my dog, and spend time with family -3 adult kids and 2 grandkids, so far. We are happy to share our love of the Lake Powell region with you and have ideas to help you make the best of your trip.

My local manager and I were pleased to see this home go up for sale as it is right next door to my existing two homes, we immediately joined forces to buy this home and control the cul de sac so all the homes do vacation rentals meaning a better way to ensure our guests have a good experience.
