AMAZING VIEWS FROM THIS LOVELY BEACHFRONT APARTMENT

Magnificent views of the Encounter Bay esplanade, this lovely holiday retreat is across two levels with panoramic sea views spanning from The Bluff to Granite Island. This apartment is within a short walking distance to Yilki Deli and Beach Hut Cafe.
This property is perfect for a getaway for couples and families alike.

The Space:
Enjoy the surreal surroundings of Encounter Bay all year round. Shop in the many boutiques in Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. Tour the Fleurieu Peninsula or eat your way through the delicious local produce and restaurants and cafes.
A spacious air-conditioned living room opens to a balcony offering panoramic views. A lovely kitchen with dishwasher, separate laundry & toilet. Outdoor Shower. Porta cot and high chair. This property is best suited to 2 children and 4 Adults.

Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms (main and 2nd with sea views) queen bed in the main, bedroom 2 with a double and bedroom 3 with two singles. All 3 bedrooms with built in robes.

Tennis Court is for owners use, we may be able to negotiate for use.

The townhouse was perfectly located. We’ll set up with all the necessities. Clean and tidy. Beautiful views along the coast and lovely walking track.

Great stay

Fantastic location and views. Wonderful walks even though we really lucked out with the weather. Fabulous time of the year to visit (just before and over Christmas). Lovely and quiet before the Boxing Day rush! Would definitely recommend this property and stay again ourselves!

The owners have thought of everything, a very well equipped property. A beautiful home away from home. A highlight was sitting on the balcony watching dolphins play in the ocean just in front of us. A beautiful relaxing time

Beachside get away

We had a great time relaxing by the beach, even though it was a bit cool outside the big windows in the living area allowed the sun to shine in a made us feel warm. The unit it bright and clean, you can tell it has been recently updated with carpets upstairs and freshly painted. A great place to stay.

We had a wonderful weekend looking at the ocean. Then whenever we were hungry we wandered down to the excellent Beach House Cafe. The elevated views of the bay from the bedrooms were literally next level. :) Loved it!

Amazing apartment, spectacular views

This is a very beautiful apartment. Spectacular views, a lovely outside balcony with tables & chairs to take in the view & deluxe furnishings. It is extremely comfortable, well located to restaurants in Encounter Bay & a short drive to Victor Harbour. There is also plenty of room & a large screen TV if you choose to not go out if it rains. It has everything needed for a lovely relaxing & comfortable holiday.

Family friendly property with the most breathtaking sea views

Pictures do not do justice to the ocean views and newly renovated interior of the property. The owners and property manager were accomdating and thoughtful. The accommodation had everything we needed and the thoughtful bottle of wine to celebrate NY made our stay even more special and was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a tranquil stay close to amenities. Please note this property is not wheelchair friendly.

Peace and quiet comfort

The unit is very comfortable and has everything you need. My only issue was that there is no air-conditioning upstairs. With summer sun on the top floor bedroom windows, you wake up sweating or even sleeping downstairs on the couch because it was too hot. Has ceiling fans but they were not enough. I've stayed in winter and it was beautiful there.

Beautiful poperty

Property has been fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings. Cant fault it really. It didnt have a BBQ in our stay which would have been handy. Bring your own quilts. The ones provided are HOT. Even my wife was sleeping half out of the covers. While we had the windo open on a 14 degree night. Thats the only fauly in the place. Big fridge. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen. Smart TV so you can log in to what ever streaming service you have, if you desire. Fantastic views and a good sized balcony for a family meal.

Excellent location excellent property

The property was excellent. Fantastic views straight out over the water. We were also impressed by the numerous small items that were left for us, such as the wooden block to hold the screen door open for when we were bringing in our suitcases, a salt and pepper mill, napkins, kitchen paper, T bags, coffee pods and heaps more. It just helped make a stay so much more enjoyable. The stairs were fairly steep and would be difficult for people with limited mobility.
