Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath split level townhome features vaulted ceilings and tree line view from the balcony. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen stocked with everything to make family diners and seating for 8. The master and second bedroom have queen beds, and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Mammoth Estates is perfect for entertaining with the year round game room, Jacuzzi and Sauna along with he beautiful pool in the summer where you cant catch some sun. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great Location

Great location, plenty of space for a big group. Property management said they would call us when the condo would be ready, but never did.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin hasta great location, and was walking distance from the gondola.It was clean and the 10 of us slept comfortably.It had everything we needed.We had 3 cars and that was a problem, only can park 2 cars.

Perfect for our group

Condo and kitchen had all that we needed. Pleasantly surprised that there were spices and condiments in the cupboard. We called to have a broken cupboard and faulty toaster replaced and it was done in a very timely manner. Only complaint was the very dangerous icy walkway that we asked to have salted - they did leave a box of salt late in the day and it was not adequate. The shared jacuzzi needs a serious upgrade. But all in all, great place and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, this was our 16th year at mammoth estates. I normally try and get a second condo once we arrive based on how many friends show up. This year I was unable to get a second one because of a cleaner issue? Seems odd that NO condos were available on 2/5 for 2 nights. It really inconvenienced our trip.

Good times!

Went with the family, they had everything needed in the kitchen. Rooms were simple, restrooms, had heaters which help with the cold weather. Over all I would recommend this place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy with all aspects of condo with one exception. The wifi strength in the condo is VERY poor. My Roku was unable to connect due to poor signal strength. The internet connection on my laptop was extremely slow.... took several minutes for a website to load.

Rundown Unit in good location

The Townhouse was very old looking and rundown inside. The fixtures and drapery were awful. Not very much in dish wear and utensils. Little to no toilet paper. And to top it off the front door was broken even after the management tried to fix it multiple times. We will he requesting a partial refund. The owner needs to invest some money and fix up unit as I will not be staying there again.

I normally do not write a poor review on a rental client, however this gentleman is my exception. Every once in a while we run into a person who simply has an altered view of reality. The door hardware was not broken. In fact, it is brand new and he couldn't follow the simple user friendly directions for use (one button that shows an "unlock" and one button that shows a "lock")..... We never run out of toilet paper in our office and his instructions were clear that he could pick up any additional supplies 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm. The curtains in this unit are nice and the kitchen supplies are ample for a unit that accommodates up to 10 people. The unit he picked to stay in was built in 1969 and well kept and loved by the Family who owns it The reasonable rate definitely reflects the property and perfect location to the Village and Gondola. We did not offer a discount to this gentleman as his complaints did not warrant a discount. Owner/Property Manager
