This modern, beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit townhome offers a spacious layout with vaulted ceilings, forced air heating, and TVs in every bedroom, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing mountain getaway. Located in the heart of Mammoth, Mammoth Estates provides the ideal blend of convenience and tranquility, while tucked away in a peaceful forest setting. The main level features an open-concept living area with a stylish gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, while the dining area seats six comfortably with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom also includes a king bed, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for families or larger groups with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. These rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Non-smoking, and pets are permitted—so feel free to bring your furry companion along. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo offers an ideal year-round getaway in one of the best locations in town.
