This pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your Mammoth vacation. Conveniently located across the street from The Village where you can catch the gondola to Canyon Lodge, grab dinner, shop til you drop, and more! The condo features vaulted ceilings in the living room, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and 65" flatscreen TV with DVD player and sound bar. Relax after a long day on the hill next to the real wood-burning stove or invite some friends to crash on the living room sleeper sofabed.

The downstairs master bedroom boasts a California King bed with en-suite bathroom and 55" flatscreen TV. The second bedroom, also downstairs, features a Queen bed and a bunk bed with two Twin beds, plus 40" flatscreen TV and private bathroom. There is even another full bathroom (with shower) upstairs on the main level. A private BBQ grill is located on the back deck on the lower level, so you can grill for the whole family! The Helios North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!), sauna and rooftop jacuzzi.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 people and comes with one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are stairs to this unit from the underground parking garage (no elevator), the entrance is at ground level once you have taken the stairs from the parking area, there are stairs inside this 2 level unit, it is pet friendly, and no smoking is permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time.

Great condo for the family to stay in for a ski trip. Comfortable set up and layout to stay with the kids for over a week. Very close to village, easy to walk to catch the gondola up to the resort.

Nice place, easy access to the lifts

Came in late at night and was able to pick up the keys easily. Place was nice, close to the village and canyon lift.

Nice place walking distance to village.

We really liked staying here. Great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils and cutlery. And nice that they left us spices and olive oil.

Amazing pet-friendly rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing and right next to the village. The unit was exceptionally clean for being a pet friendly rental, and we are germaphobes and tough critics of that. Access in and out with stairs from the parking garage and a hill down to the street towards the village was a little more difficult for my 83 year-old dad, but you really can’t beat the location. The beds were very soft and not a great night sleep for those of us with bad backs, but overall this was a great place and we would rent it again!

The place was fully stocked and I mean FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, TV's in every room, a quick walk to the Village. Huge spacious living room and a very homey feel. My only recommendation would be to bring a few beach towels if you plan to hit the spa. Check in/out was super easy and they had instructions for everything in the home.

Parking is covered and not a huge walk to front door. (Just a flight of stairs) the kitchen is nicely stocked and had nice appliances. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in great condition. Would definitely stay again.

To go from ok to good: Provide fans - it was HOT and there isn’t any airflow on the top floor (only one window opens on the one side of the house). Windows that opened were very difficult to open and require maintenance. A bbq grill would be a nice addition.

Good location, condo just okay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of condo was good but the access through the dark metal garage stair was problematic for our small children and dog. Complex is in disrepair, ie lights in garage out, siding falling off, door hardware not working and would benefit from some maintenance. Condo didnt feel super clean, my socks were filthy after walking on the carpet for a few hours. Kimg bed was very hard. Kitchen was super well stocked and organized and bathrooms seemed very clean.

Beautiful even in a Blizzard

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for our family, many of whom had not been to Mammoth before. The whole place was so cozy and felt expansive and just the place to bunker down during a blizzard. Since a lot of places were closed and not drivable, it was great to be able to walk to the Village in a matter of minutes. Also, so incredibly thankful for the garage and we didn't have to dig our car out. It was quick to pick up the keys and get settled in the condo. There were a couple little hiccups when we arrived that were a result of the storm like the walkway into the front door, a broken window from the +30' feet of snow, and water coming in from the melting snow under the bed, but even those things didn't dissuade us from enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back to this unit again.

Close to Village But Could Improve

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleaning crew did not do a good job dusting prior to our arrival. The unit has high ceilings at there were many cobwebs out of arms reach. There were stains on the carpet in the entry hallway (management offered to address). The stacked washer and dryer are tiny. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The hot water in the kitchen faucet takes literally 4+ minutes to reach a maximum temperature of 115 degrees. Whereas the water get warm quickly in the downstairs bathrooms. The master bedroom was large. The second bedroom was maximized for sleeping options, with a queen bed, bunk beds and a clothes dresser, it was a tight squeeze. The vacuum cleaner (Dyson) was held together with a rag. Overall the home has tasteful home decor. Fast Internet access. We called management and asked if we would have access to the mailbox during our stay and the agent told us that we wouldn't. We later learned that none of the residences in Mammoth Lakes get mail delivery due to winter snow. I thought the agent could have provided more context when we called. The home is very close to the village.

We appreciate your feedback, the carpets have been professionally cleaned and the owner has purchased extendable dusters for housekeeping to use. We have also addressed these items with the cleaning crew as that is not up to our cleanliness standards. Regarding the PO box, it is a business PO BOX and the post office refuses mail that is not under the owners name, we don't typically have guests ask if they can use our PO BOX but we do offer for them to ship items directly to our office. Convenient and Clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a party of 5 staying in this condo, along with our Dog. The bedrooms were both spacious, and we appreciated the ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas were also very spacious.I was not able to get hot water in the kitchen sink and the upstairs heaters and to be continually reset (requiring removal of the screen and pressing a button) so it was often quite cold up there. Also, the photos show images of a rec center, however that was off-site and a short drive away (just FYI). The hot tub is small but perfect after a day on the slopes.The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the Village.

Snow fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - Close to the village- parking for this unit is in a basement (2floors of stairs and then another floor of stairs to get to the 2nd floor for the condo (living area) - clean, had everything yo needed, big multiple tvs and bathrooms- fire place was nice, plenty of wood
