The studio is fully equipped with linen, crockery, microwave, full size fridge,TV, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, coffee machine, iron, ironing board
Free Dedicated unlimited high speed WiFi. All amenities are within an easy walk... the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants, rock pool, water park, super market, & public transport. Free onsite parking .
This is a privately owned property and daily room service is not provided . A weekly clean with fresh linen and towels is available for additional charge for stays more than 7 days.
Not suitable for children.
No smoking, no parties, no pets.
$1200 Fire Brigade callout fee applies to the occupant if the smoke alarms are activated.

Your Studio is on the 10th floor of the only high-rise property on The Strand - with 180 degree ocean, bay and island views. It's close proximity to entertainment, eateries, galleries, shopping and all amenities make it the obvious choice for holiday makers and corporate visitors alike.

A unique holiday rental right on the beachfront in the hub of the cafe and restaurant strip in tropical Townsville. The beach and walking paths along The Strand are just outside your front door. Enjoy spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset, and enjoy the islands and breezes from your private balcony.
The city centre is a 5 minute car drive away or a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the art gallery, museum, aquarium, shopping, Cowboys Club, Sunday markets, cinemas and many more cafes, bars and eateries. The studio is equipped with all you will need to make light meals with a full sized fridge to store your snacks and refreshments to enjoy on the balcony.
