This was a very impressive two-story 3-bedroom (2 up:1 down) property and a very comfortable property. We had a group of 4; 2 adults shared a room and the other two had their own rooms. All rooms were of a high-quality meaning we all had an equally great experience. My only suggestion would be to put a mirror in the downstairs room, but that was quite a minimal issue. The property had everything you would need for a comfortable stay..they thought of everything! It is an older property that has been beautifully and skillfully renovated with high-quality fixtures and appliances. There are upstairs and downstairs outside areas and two car parks. The unit is central in Townsville and is close to shopping centers, restaurants and pubs, but isn't in a noisy area. It is a short walk to the foreshore. Great for any demographic, but especially great for elder people, as my elderly mother could conveniently use the downstairs bedroom and avoid the stairs. We all loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. Great hosts and a great overall experience. This is a rare 10/10.
