Echo Landing 39 is located in the new Echo Landing development just East of the Sun Peaks village. This is the ideal location for your family or group vacation.

Furnished with quality solid wood furniture, stainless steel appliances and two large 4K TVs. You can relax in style after your days adventures.

Do you need to work? There is a solid wood desk located in the living room with plenty of space to work.

Echo Landing 39 is a three story townhouse with a private two car garage. The garage includes benches, cubby holes, coat hooks, ski racks and bike racks to store all your gear.

The second story is an open concept dining area, kitchen, living room and office. There is a 65" 4K TV mounted above the gas fireplace in the living room. TELUS Optic TV with sports channels and Netflix are included. A large collection of Xbox 360 games and DVDs are also available to keep you entertained. There is also a collection of books, puzzles and board games to keep you busy. Solid wood desk so you can work while you are here. The kitchen has a large island with four bar stools. The large dining table can easily accommodate ten guests. This floor also includes a half bathroom.

The top floor includes three bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55" 4K TV and an amazing view of Mt. Morissey and Mt. Tod. The master bedroom ensuite includes two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and backs onto the 15th fairway of the Sun Peaks Golf Course. The third bedroom has a double over queen bukbed.

A private extra large salt water hot tub is available for your enjoyment.

Ski-in / ski-out is just a few minutes from the Orient Express lift via the East Village Ski-way.

The village is a fifteen minute stroll away along a beautiful pedestrian path.

The townhouse is 1,565 sq. ft. and can accommodate 10 guests.

Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Fabulous Family Time

This is a beautiful and exceptionally well appointed property. As a family of six adults, we enjoyed everything about the property and the resort. There were ample instructions and resources as well as many personal touches (games,shampoo, etc). Highly recommend!

What a blast!

We had an incredible time here! House was extremely well stocked, clean and comfortable. Hot tub was well maintained and tended too during our time. Loved every minute and will be back!

Great Place

We recently stayed at this unit with our 2 sons - ages 12 and 14. We have stayed in several places in Sun Peaks. This location is great with proximity to Orient and Morresey chair lifts. The property managers were VERY easy to work with, prompt to respond and made the process very easy. They really have taken the time to have it stocked with nice things, in an organized way. We like to cook while we are skiing and they have everything you would need, even baking platters and knives that actually cut. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse was perfect for our family - 2 couples and 4 teens. The hosts provided many things we hadn’t expected - tea, coffee, plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent, board games, etc. It had all the comforts of home and a beautiful setting. The downside was that we needed to drive to all our activities; the only things we found to do in Sun Peaks in the summer are hiking and biking.

Perfect Family Ski Vacation

We loved this house and found it perfect for our family! We ate all our meals there and found everything we needed. I appreciated having lots of dishes and cutlery so we didnt have to run the dishwasher every meal! The one thing we missed a little bit was a bbq, but not a big deal. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, used the hot tub every day and once we figured out how to ski in/out it was a blast!! Thanks for making this a nice little home away from home for us 😊

Great stay at Sun Peaks!!

Great townhome for our family ski trip- dialed in ski features (garage storage,hot tub, easy ski-in and out), comfortable living area and bedroom, well stocked kitchen. Easy communication with owners and great east village location -we skiied literally to the front door but also close to village for evening outings on foot. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time at this Sun Peaks property. It was exactly as described, clean and amply stocked with everything you need and then some. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the living area was spacious, warm and inviting. We especially enjoyed the fire and the hot tub after a day on the slopes. This is a beautiful home, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Thank you!

Great property!!

Our vacation property was perfect!! Place is tastefully decorated lots of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and more. Saltwater hot tub was perfect!! Beautiful property I will definitely be staying here again!

Echo Landing #39

We had a fantastic stay at 39 Echo Landing in SunPeaks. This townhome is large and has all the fixings and ammenities one could ask for. The hot tub is a very large 7 seater, the kitchen is outfitted with all utensils, many plates pots and pans, a super coffe maker. The TVs in main level and master bedroom are large, all furniture is very clean and comfortable. The computer and business desk with monitor you can plug in was also really helpful and luxurious for a long stay. Beds are very comfortable. These hosts have a plethora of DVDs, games and nice beach towels to use for the hot tub. We had a great time, were comfotable and felt at home. Thank you Shane & Marie for your hospitality!!

Perfect Ski in & Ski out location

Perfect location for a family vacation. This condo has everything you need and the garage is set up perfect for skiers. We would highly recommend this condo and we look forward to coming back soon.

Fabulous Place!

Everything was brand new and equipped with everything you need, right down to the soap dispensers in the bathrooms! The furnishings were all top-of-the-line and even artwork on the walls was eye-popping. Beautiful, clean place with all the amenities - including a state of the art hot tub! We enjoyed Sun Peaks and we plan to stay in the unit again. Highest rating.l

Great host and location

We had a good weekend. Townhouse is very spacious, clean and easy access to the slopes. Only thing i would add is a bbq outside. Will consider staying there again!

Amazing property with all the amenities.

This home is a really nice, brand new 3 bedroom home. It’s complete with hot tub, giant TVs and all the kitchen supplies you could need. Great location close to the ski in/out to Orient and Morrissey chairs. I highly recommend the property.
