We had a great stay! The cabin was clean & very welcoming. The view from the cabin overlooking the lake is awesome. The host was great & even texted to see if we had any questions or concerns. Hands down…the best weekend getaway!!

Great little getaway for Ring Ceremony

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just like advertised. The owner was responsive when we had a little glitch with the entry lock. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent the perfect Labor Day weekend at this beautiful cabin. We were in town for the LSU/ Clemson game but other than that there was never a reason to leave. This place has it all. A pool table bar and den for hanging out downstairs, an outdoor deck and a beautiful screened in porch a fire pit, swim mat and water toys. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable after a long day at the game or on the water. Highly recommend!

Lake Keowee lake house

The lake house was beautiful and so much fun!! The beds were so comfortable and decor was so pretty. We lived all the amenities. The main floor, game room floor with big tv. The loft was also beautiful. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful Setting

We had a very relaxing stay at this cozy cabin. Beautiful setting with everything needed to host a fun time. Well appointed kitchen and bar. We really enjoyed the screened porch in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. Very serene setting.

Beautiful place

We had a great time at the place. The view was beautiful. The place is quiet. We had everything we needed for the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner. We had jet skis was little hard the parking but we could do it for all 3 trailers. Boat ramp was 10 minutes drive from the house. We left the jet skis on the water by the dock. Was safe .

Great house!

I loved that the house was truly clean. I actually didn’t have to re-clean when I arrived. It was well maintained, fully stocked with nice kitchen equipment so I could enjoy cooking while I was there. It had all the essentials. The view was fantastic of the lake. We also enjoyed the kayaks! We would highly recommend this house.

Nice location beautiful view.

The property was well appointed with everything you need for a fun time at the lake. Boat dock with tubes and kayaks plus a place to park your boat. Nice game Room and overall very clean and well maintained. Had a little pest problem but nothing an exterminator couldn’t fix easily. The place is a little smaller than the pictures indicated so our group was a little cramped. Kitchen is very small. Nice showers and great A/C. Good location on the lake and a good value for the money.

Could have been better

We knew that we were going into the house with no power but the house was not ready at all. The towels and sheets were dirty still. The bathrooms backed up so bad it flooded the tubs. Very unpleasant. Other than that, the owner did try to work with us but we didn't get the full experience of enjoying our weekend sadly.

Hi Andrea, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share this feedback: - I apologize that the power was out for most of your stay due to Hurricane Zeta. I did make you aware of this before your arrival but respected your wish to still check-in. - The house was cleaned the day of your arrival. Without there being power, the cleaners used flashlights to try to see the different parts of the house. All sheets and towels were clean. - Despite being in contact with you throughout your stay, I wasn't made aware of any cleanliness issue. Had I known there were any concerns not related to the power outage, I would have sent someone over immediately to address any issues. - As I told you during your stay, the sump pump did not run due to the lack of power and could not clear any of the sewage from the lower bathroom. Luckily, none of the upstairs bathrooms had any issues. - I work hard to provide a clean and comfortable home for my guests, but unfortunately, the power outage and related issues were out of my control. I do hope the partial refund granted helped make up for any inconvenience you felt.

Dirty Cute Cabin

This property has a lot of potential to be very comfortable and cute but it hasn't been deep cleaned in......never? We were so disappointed with the cleanliness of the property we left early. I couldn't take another day there. I will say that the Evolve management contact did respond to my requests but the reality was that this property should not be rented until it has been really really cleaned and prepared in a way to make the renter feel like there was some effort put into making it a comfortable clean place to stay.

Fishing Trip

The property is exactly as you see in the photos. Great location, with a great view. The property is close to town, and right on the water. The use of the private dock is a huge bonus. We had our boat docked for the whole week. The only issue was not having information on the closest boat launch to the property. You can launch at the RV park about a 5-minute drive from the property and bring your vehicle back to the house after. The property had everything to need from blankets to beds, towels, and plenty of fridge space. There is an ice machine in the downstairs bar area that keeps up pretty fast with either drinks at the house or filling a cooler for a day on the water. I'll be staying here again for sure. I only wish we could have had a fire in the back at night. But rules are rules. Great place to enjoy some time on the water!

Great lake, great basement, tight main floor to include kitchen

The lake is incredible. The basement is incredible with pool table, darts, movie area, & bar. The kitchen is tight and smaller than pictures reflect. I had to buy a coffee pot the first morning at 6A as "coffee maker” on listing means keurig, and not a coffee pot. Not happy. When I contacted owner, they seemed surprised that there were no keurig pods at house and my frustration with not knowing that we needed to bring keurig pods or a coffee pot from home. I shared I was buying a pot (as that was what we had brought for supplies) and was surprised they did not offer to cover the cost. After that morning, we were able to relax and enjoy the house. We had to use the porch to eat which worked out well as most of the days were sunny and cool.

Owners Response: “Hi Brent, thank you for your feedback. We are the owners and you actually spoke with our Property Manager. We can certainly understand the frustration of not being able to access coffee first thing in the morning! That is why in the listing we have a close up picture of the Keurig coffee maker and also in the property description it clearly states that the coffee maker provided is a Keurig. We do try to leave a few extra pods in the bowl next to the Keurig so that people will have a fresh start. It sounds like the bowl was empty, and we apologize for that. We will talk to our cleaning team about making sure to leave a starter collection of coffee pods for renters going forward. We’re so glad that you were able to enjoy the porches, the basement and the lake. We hope you all will return again and this time we will make sure that the bowl will be filled with Keurig coffee pods!”

Cozy perfection

This property was absolutely perfect for our ladies trip. It ended up raining the whole time but that never dampened our good time. The setup of the house was great and the views and location on the lake could not have been better! We would definitely stay here again!
