Hardwood in the Great Room and Kitchen areas, soft carpets in the bedrooms, custom tile in the bathrooms, and granite countertops in the kitchen and baths set the tone for guests with discriminating taste.

The elevator allows access from the ground to the top floor. Bring Fido and Fifi because 2 dogs are allowed (max) so your family can all vacation together. This house is truly dog-friendly with a dog washing station by the pool, a fenced yard, and plenty of decks and porches. What about the rest of the kids? There is plenty to do inside and out! Smart TV's are in every room for streaming movies or games whenever they want. The stylish kitchen with granite countertops and island has additional storage and a place to prepare meals together. Two large Screened Porches offer additional mealtime options while enjoying the sea breezes. What a perfect location for family bonding.

Plenty of fun is found on the ground level with a rec room outfitted with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and a Media Area for movies and games. The outdoor living area is where the real fun begins starting with those two screened porches on top. In the backyard, a decorative concrete deck surrounds a crystal clear pool with plenty of seating to lounge and spend the day. The poolside cabana holds a wet bar and a full-size refrigerator for drinks, snacks, or grilling. The gas grill is ready and waiting! The cabana also has a half bath, super convenient from the pool, or on the way back from the beach.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
