A 1970's fishing shack in the heart of Stansbury.

Step back in time at Matesbury, a centrally set shack in a quiet street in the heart of Stansbury. A lazy stroll to beaches, shops and the ever popular Dalrymple pub. Adjacent to the football oval, bowling club and golf course plus only 1km from the boat ramp and jetty for some of the best fishing, boating and crabbing on the peninsula.

Set on a huge block with a fully fenced in yard with ample space suitable for small children and dogs. This house features 3 bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Double, 1 Bunk + single + trundle) as well as portacot( upon request if required) Laundry, 2 showers (no bath) and 2 toilets. Dining room and separate kitchen with microwave, side by side fridge freezer and dishwasher. Comfortable living area with air conditioning split system and television (and a separate tv in the kids room).

Large separate games room with table tennis / snooker table plus undercover gas bbq, fish cleaning facilities and outdoor setting. Ample parking for cars, trailers and boats with hardstand for washing down. Three verandah areas provide plenty of opportunity to find some peace and quiet.

Quilts and pillows are provided all you need to bring are towels.

* Please note that further bedrooms at the front of the house are sectioned off but you will have the house to yourself at all times.

We really liked the open space. There was plenty of room for all who stayed. The house is close enough to walk anywhere in stansbury. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Thanks we really enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with the host. Arrived to find the BBQ in need of a good clean. Bottle empty but was arranged to swap over same day at tje service station. Thankyou we had a great weekend.

Great spot

We had a great time..place was clean slept 8 comfortably.. No WIFI which was amazing..We loved and enjoyed our stay unfortunately wasnt long enough..fully fenced for the dog..two showers and two toilets was a plus..everything we needed was there..great spot we will be back..

Great old place to stay. Very cosy with plenty of things to do.

Everything was as expected but on the description it says theres a hot tub we were very disappointed not having one there as it was one of the reasons we chose this property

Spacious

We came to stansbury for Christmas and the property had lots of space inside and outside. Better than expected. Plenty of car space. Lots of room for the kids and dog to run around. Great easy stay!

fantastic facilities

Was overwhelmed with the space in the pet friendly back yard, the overall layout was fantastic and we had the most relaxing holiday. unfortunately the fish were not biting so we made the most of the property. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a pet friendly vacation holiday home. Thank you
