This area is well-known for its adventure tourism, sandy beaches, and vibrant city nightlife, making it ideal for an exciting getaway.
Indoor and outdoor space is a key element of Casita's serene environment. Fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight flows easily throughout the interior spaces. The interior décor is bright and cheerful, with a new VS. old concept. The fully equipped commercial kitchen features plenty of functional work space, and is great for entertaining guests.
3 minutes away, walking, you’ll find Mazatlán's most vibrant beach.. A popular spot among tourists and locals, this sandy stretch is known for its crystal clear waters and vibrant atmosphere. A little further inland and you’ll be in downtown Centro Historic, where you’ll find a range of dining, shopping and nightlife options.
General Rental Policies:
RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.
All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.
