This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom 3-bath, 2nd floor condo will sleep up to 9 people. it has a large screened in patio that overlooks the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, tennis court and lake.

This Gated Community is located only 2 miles to Disney’s Main Gate & Near All Attractions: 11 miles to SeaWorld, 15 miles to Universal Studio, and 22 miles from Orlando International Airport. It is just the place to stay when you are on vacation in the Disney area. It's a beautiful accommodation in a relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full private bath with a soothing Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds as well. There is also 1 folding bed in the unit (this is best suited for children and young adults).

This unit features 5 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts. There is also a 3-in-1 game table in the family room that converts from a table to eat on, turn the top over to play cards or take the top off and enjoy a game of bumper pool.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included).

This complex has nice size free form heated pool and hot tub to relax in. There are also tennis courts and a clubhouse with a large fitness room. Pool hours vary by season – Open 8am to Dusk.

This resort is conveniently adjacent to an outdoor mall within walking distance variety of shops, Mighty Jungle Mini Golf, Crush Yard Indoor Pickleball/Bar & Lounge, and many fine restaurants such as Carrabba's Italian Grill, Cracker Barrel, Giordano's Pizza, Red Lobster and Adega Gaucha Brazillian Steakhouse, just to name a few...

Located only 1 mile away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.

This is truly a Great Place to Stay and very close to all of the Disney World Theme Parks and attractions.

Other things to note: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.

Big condo

My 2 adult kids & spouses and my hubby and I with our 3 grandchildren stayed here. It was very roomy and comfortable where each family had their own full bath. Parking was great! Magic kingdom was less than 10 minutes away. Fantastic communication with Brenda, was very helpful in helping us out.

Four Corners was clean and as easy as it gets to stay at. Brenda the property manager was great.

Amazing!!

The hosts were amazing, only a text or phone call away! The location is perfect close to everything! The bumper pool table in the front room kept the kids busy for hours! I am looking forward to staying here again very soon. Thank you so much!

Great vacation home

The property was one of the best decisions we made for a large group of 9. Very clean, close to major attraction places, affordable and very responsive property manager always enquiring about our stay and if we needed any help. Everything was just as advertised. No suprises.

Disney birthday stay

The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. We were pleased to find a pack and play and high chair for 1 year old. It upstairs but that wasn't a problem. Great value!

Wonderful Disney Vacation!

The property was great. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. This is definitely a family-friendly property. Many restaurants and lots of shopping areas close by. Cracker Barrel and TGIFriday's were within walking distance. My family and I plan to stay there again on our next trip. There were no problems whatsoever with check-in or check-out. Brenda is an extremely nice and hospitable host. Communication was excellent. I can't say anything bad about our experience. It was so comfortable and accommodating that my three daughters didn't even bicker on the 6 day trip! :-)

Good for the rates

During our recent three-day stay at this property, our party of 9 (5 kids ages 9-14 and 4 adults) found the location to be convenient and close to major attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, and shops. However, we were disappointed with the overall experience due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Stained and hair-covered towels and sheets were immediately noticeable upon arrival, and the comforters were dirty as well, so we couldn't use them. Despite this, the mattresses were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Although the point of contact was responsive and understanding, there was little she could do to remedy the situation. While the laundry room was a lifesaver, the cleaning required caused us to sleep very late on the first night. To make matters worse, the rollout bed provided was in such poor condition that we decided not to use it at all. The price of the property was reasonable, but the lack of cleanliness and upkeep made for an unpleasant experience. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning supplies, such as laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and paper towel, to make guests' stays more comfortable and manageable. However, based on our experience, unfortunately we would not choose to stay at this property again.

The good and the bad...you decide

Booked 4+ weeks from mid February to mid March. Vacated rental after 2 weeks due to neighborhood, grounds and facilities.The condo unit itself, overall is fine and provides ample space, bathrooms and storage. Pros... 1. Property owners/manager were responsive to our requests, they were attentive, friendly and promptly followed up with us. 2. Condo was spacious and had everything required to live there comfortably for an extended stay. 3. Location is close to parks, restaurants and entertainment venues. 4. Internet bandwidth and connectivity was good with download speeds near 100 Mbps. Cons... 1. Grounds are in need of up keep. Dead palm tree branches, bare grass areas, dried out plants and bushes abound. 2. Residents in condo below us smoked in (and outside) their lanai which wafted up to ours, day and night. 3. Ice maker inoperative. 4. Neighborhood at night is poorly lit and feels unsafe to walk around after dusk 5. Smell of natural gas emanating from the pool heater unit was noticeable from the lanai 6. Residents in condo below us were arguing and fighting at various times, day and night. 7. Broken glass closet door found under guest room bed 8. People in the surrounding area appear to know the entry sequence and are frequently seen coming and going from the condo complex throughout the day and night. 9. Lake viewed from Lanai is more like a swamp than a lake (this may be due to drought, but regardless not a pretty sight)

Family vacation, Disney, universal Studios and cocoa Beach we had a great time enjoyed it!

Enjoyed cooking meals for family, time by the pool and patio! We enjoyed Disney, universal studios, Cocoa Beach,old town and a few other things! Very quiet neighborhood, did see a snake so be aware and heard gators croaking! But you are in Florida! We loved it. Only issues your corner clear strips fall off for no reason, might want to check that. Great restaurants so close when no time to cook (returning later than expected)! Thank you Brenda we made many memories!
