Located at the Villas at Island Club. This Gated Community is located off Hwy 192 & Lindfields Blvd. Near All Attractions- Only 5 miles to Disney’s Main Gate, 14 miles to SeaWorld, 18 miles to Universal Studios and 25 miles from Orlando International Airport.

This is a 2nd floor 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with 2 Ensuite primary bedrooms located directly across from the main pool.

The condo will sleep up to 8 people. It is set up with a king size bed in each primary bedroom with full size private bath and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults).

This unit features 4 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.

The condo is beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen that includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included).

This complex has a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, childs tot lot, BBQ area and a club house with fitness room. Pool hours vary by season – Open 8am to Dusk.

There is always something here to keep you and the kids busy when you are not at the parks all day. It's just a short drive to many of your favorite restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, golf courses and more...

Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.

Other things to note: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.

Convinient stay for Disney Parks

The location was great for ease getting to the Disney parks. We had plenty of space for our family in the condo, and was located right across from the pool. It was a little chilly for swimming so we only used it once but if it would've been warmer very convenient. Could have used a few extra bath towels, but laundry was available to wash what was available. Main shower was nicer than the other bedroom ones, so we ended up using that one a lot more. Overall, it was a nice place to stay especially spending the majority of our times at the parks.

Orlando family vacation

This property was exactly how it was described! The complex is located close to shopping, dining and all the main attractions of Orlando. We booked our stay for our family vacation and it easily accommodated everyone in our family.. The neighborhood was quiet and very clean plus the pool was right outside our unit which was a huge bonus! Brenda was very easy to work with on our booking and made sure we had all the information for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great spot!

The accommodations were great. Just what we needed for the 4 adults that we had with plenty of left over room! Lots of extras were available! Things we would have never thought of!

Casa bem organizada e completa com utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia, nada de luxo ou alto padrão, mas muito funcional. As camas são um pouco moles, mas não chegam a ser desconfortáveis. As máquinas de lavar e secar não são muito boas, se precisar lavar muita roupa, melhor usar uma lavanderia local. Cozinha completa e tudo funcionando muito bem. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e a disposição para tudo que precisar, antes e durante a estadia. Nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos e hospedados.

Great stay with family

This was a fantastic property for our family of 6 adults. Located just off US192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy) and is literally down the road from Disney. We golfed most days and is located within a short drive of many golf courses. Lots of restaurants nearby on US 192 as well as shopping. This is a gated community and had no issues accessing the gate code or the code to get in the condo. The condo itself is located right across from the pool - very convenient! Great communication from the host. She made sure we had no issues when we got there. We recommend this property and would stay here again!

Golf weekend

We did not spend a lot of time here as we golfed all day, however the accommodations were great. This is a way better option then getting 3 rooms at a hotel which is what we of had to do. Close enough to the golf we wanted place was well maintained.
