Good House

Great house. Right next to a ramp which made it convenient for our fishing days. Only issue is having outside hookups for power to charge batteries in boats. Other than that, great place.

Graduation Getaway

A time was had and memories were made! The house is set right on Grand Lake with a boat ramp right at the front. The neighborhood was quiet and the views were stunning! The house was well decorated and laid out. More than enough sleeping options for the 15 of us! The house was also well-stocked with towels, blankets, outside seating, dishes, utensils, etc. Ms. Sherry was very welcoming and made contact with us shortly after we booked, again about 2 days before arrival, and wished us safe travels on our way home. We will be booking again for sure when visiting Grand Lake!

Wonderful stay at Grand Lake of the Cherokee's

This is a beautiful property. Great location, beautiful view, very close to lake, wonderful sunsets. The house was probably supplied with everything needed better than any of the vrbo's I have stayed in for a rental. The deck was large enough for all 11 of us to sit and enjoy each other's company. Great to have coffee together each morning. The owners just added a raised fire pit and it is beautiful. We spent a lot of our evenings enjoying this spot. We had one very minor problem and the owners took care of it immediately. The air conditioner temperature had been left at a temperture that was too high and it was quite warm upstairs. I called and it was corrected immediately.. Thank you I would recommend this property to anyone that wanted to stay at a wonderful lake location.

We didn't want to leave.....

We loved our(way too short) time here. The house was built to enjoy the view whether we were out on the deck, or in the main floor living area. Wildlife, sunsets, and lightning show were all part of the package. Serious thumbs up on this rental. Good beds and bedding, the kitchen had all we needed, convenient to town and restaurants. Though we were three women on a girl's trip, the second living area with separated from the main section of the house offers privacy for a larger adult group or a great space for kids. The property is only a few miles from town and convenient for eateries or exploring the community. The owner provided area information/restaurants. Would send any of my friends here in a heartbeat. We appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a few days here.

Loads of fun and beautiful view!

My husband and I got Sick and stayed home. Our 4 adult children and their families went. They loved the house and the setting. It was clean and beautiful!

Perfect for our large family

Our family does a lake trip every year and this by far has been our very favorite property. We loved being surrounded by the water, the back yard with pergola and swing, and the house layout. The children loved being able to be in the upstairs living room while the adults were downstairs. The house was well appointed with dishes, kitchen appliances, towels, and extra items. The home was impeccably clean. The host was a great communicator and readily available when we had questions. Tip - pack your water shoes. We loved playing in the water around the boat ramp but were grateful we had shoes to wear during that time.

Great Framily Visit

We met family friends from Texas here to spend spring break together. We had 4 parents, 5 young adults, and 2 teenagers. Everyone had a bed, we had plenty of living room space to gather, the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook meals, we loved the easy access to the lake right out the door, we enjoyed the spacious deck for dinner one night and we spent 2 nights under the fire pavilion roasting smores and dancing. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing home

This property was perfect for our family. The view was amazing and love how close to the water it was. My children loved being able to walk right down to the water and I could see them from the back deck!

spacious and quiet

We were surprised at how narrow the roads were as we arrived at our location. Check in was super easy. We drove a 15 passenger van and hauled a small trailer behind. we had just enough room to park both in the driveway. There is a place to park a boat if you have one or a jetski. The set up of the house was perfect for our group. all the kids claimed upstairs, which gave them a place to stay up late and not keep us adults up. It has a great firepit, which was fun for smores! Large living room for us to gather or gather on the deck. Unfortunately, this home did not have a boat dock attached to its location, which made it a bit difficult for us when we rented a boat and needed to dock at the house. somebody had to stay in the boat and in the water. But they plan on building one in the near future so look for that! the house is located about 15-20 min from downtown Grove, so a fairly easy drive to restaurants or walmart. Overall we had a good time here. It was a bit uncomfortable knowing the house had so many cameras on the property. Sometimes we felt like we were being watched all the time. But just know it does keep the house safe. For large groups, I highly recommend this place.

Very Happy with Home

Plenty of room, great view, and clean. I am very picky about the cleanliness of where I stay. This home made me comfortable with its cleanliness. The sheets in the master suite were sooo soft. Lots of hot water. Very nice appliances and dishes. Parking is tight, but works fine. Front of house sits a car length from one lane road. Large deck out back, they are building a gas firepit. No place to easily walk in the water. Road runs into the lake so you can use your boat. We don't have a boat. We rented a pontoon and went rock climbing in Disney. Will do it again, our family really enjoyed it. Be nice if there was at least one other room with more comfortable mattresses, than just the master suite. They were okay, but another 1 or 2 adult beds would be nice.

The house was amazing and in great shape. There was 7 of us there fishing a tournament. It was Peaceful and quiet which was nice after a long day of fishing. Parking was good for the 5 trucks and 5 bass boat we had. If this place is available in September we’ll definitely be booking it again

Unforgettable Holiday 2020..!!

2020 was very hard year for everybody.. But we have finished 2020 with a holiday in an amazing place at Grove, OK and we have collected unforgettable memories.. This incredible house is very clean, tidy, big and very comfortable.. Near the lake with an amazing view, perfect patio and very big lot for kids playing.. We will definitely come back in a short time.. Thanks a lot for everything..
