This 3-bedroom plus loft/3-bath, three-level contemporary condominium, offers comfortable accommodations with Eastern views. It has bedrooms and bathrooms on the lowest level, common areas as one great room on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. This unit does not have A/C. This property has a 5-night minimum stay year-round.
The living room has a 52-inch TV, and wireless internet access for your entertainment, as well as a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace to relax by. The dining table seats 8 and there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, plus an alcove off the kitchen area for office space. A full-size washer/dryer is in the pantry area of the kitchen. The large deck off of the living room affords mountain views and includes patio seating and a gas grill.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a 42-inch TV, its own full-size bath, and access to a deck with built-in benches and easterly views. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds and access to a full-size hallway bath. The 3rd bedroom has a 36-inch TV. There is a ¾ bath at the entrance to this condo. The loft can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed upon request. The condo has 2,200 square feet of living space and sleeps up to 8 guests.
Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).
Construction Notice: Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. Half of the buildings will be scheduled in summer 2026 and the other half in summer 2027. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
