BSV1773: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals, this beautifully furnished 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa in the gated Solara Resort is just minutes from Disney, attractions, shopping, and dining. Perfect for families and large groups, the home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests and features colorful bedrooms, including Harry Potter and Princess themes, a private pool & spa, and access to the resort’s world-class amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice time. Guest services was extremely responsive to every text and call we made. The location was also great. The only suggestion I'd make is that the property management team proactively maintain the property as there were too many ongoing issues ( which were taken care of asap when they were brought up) but when vacationing, one really shouldn't have to deal with all these rhings

Spacious house that had everything we needed for a group of 10. Pool and hot tub heat was perfect and we really enjoyed our outside time and the use of the kitchen. Communication was great and they responded quickly. Only negative thing I could point out was that the king bed in the main bedroom downstairs is in desperate need of a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable. No one else complained of the beds in any other room. The theatre room was fun and a great place to watch the Superbowl!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year using this house for a board retreat/planning meeting. The property is well-maintained and its location is convenient to all the necessities (for us it's mostly grocery runs!). The property management company provides timely texts with pertinent information and expressions of willingness to be available for any concerns/questions. Accommodations for up to 7 couples, each with their own bathroom, is a real bonus for us. We would definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a place in the Orlando area or with similar needs as ours.

Great space for a family!!

The house style was great, location was ok. Very roomy for the 13 of us and great accommodations for the babies/children. There were ant issues in a few of the rooms, otherwise great space for a family, especially the movie room!! We would consider staying again.

Beautiful house and location

The house was great for the number of people we had. Perfect amount of room indoors and out. The pool and club house was amazing. We needed more glasses, towels and silverware and the management responded immediately. They were very communicative and responsive. What a lovely home away from home.

Great house

Lovely house and great community everything looks just like the pictures. Very spacious with room for everybody. Very equipt for little ones with all the strollers and pack n plays. Loved the pool and hot tub at the house as well as the splash pad in the community. Would definitely recommend this house for anybody going to Florida.

Perfect getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 13 people staying all together. Close to the Disney Bubble. The house has everything needed but is difficult to clean because no supplies provided outside of dish soap and two dishwasher tablets. No supplies provided to wipe down counters, table or floors. Highly recommend getting the pool heated.

Great meeting place!

Each year, for many years now, our board meets for an annual strategic planning meeting in Florida. We like to keep our expenses down by doing our own cooking while we meet for four solid days of board discussion. This house served our needs beautifully by providing roomy meeting space, a large kitchen, a table that could hold us all when eating, and a bathroom for each couple! Any questions we had were quickly addressed. We hope to be back again next year!

Tag Team Crew

We had a group of 12 adults and our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly how it was Vrbo site. It was an 8 BR 6.5 BTHR so therefore every couple had there own private space. Both sets of washer/dryer came in handy. All of the BR’s were beautiful and the kitchen was to die for. The walk-in showers and closets was very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. Awesome Stay

Property accommodated our 8 person golf group perfectly. Everyone had their own room. Plenty of space and lots of tv’s. Theater was great for the final four. Great location, close to everything. Grocery, coffee & golf nearby. Disney a short drive away. Ten houses from the clubhouse with numerous pools, fitness center & restaurant & lounge. Texted management staff and received a response within minutes. Would definitely recommend. A+++

The property was very nice...house appeared clean however, we encountered a problem with some type of unknown bugs in the King size bedrooms both up and downstairs.

We sent pest control immediately, in which they confirmed there were only a few small black ants. They have treated the home and the issue has been resolved since! When we first arrived we noticed one of the beds was broken. I text the management company and they sent someone right out to fix it. They have great communication and are very accommodating. We will definitely be booking again.

Our family book this home for 7 days and spent 5 of them at amusement parks. The time we did get to enjoy the home were fantastic. Very close to Disney World parks and not too far from Universal. Rooms are large and clean, plentiful bathrooms, pool, spa and playroom. The kitchen and family room are set up great for family time. Love our stay.
