Just minutes from Disney, attractions, shopping, and dining, this property has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests and high-quality furnishings, modern amenities, and full access to resort facilities.

Loved, loved, loved this property. Tons of room if you have a large family or large group. The pool area had lots of room to hand out and just relax. The host is very responsive with anything you may need.

Heated pool / hot tub promotion was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great to have two spaces to watch TV....and projector screen was a hit for the movie watchers.

Overall, we had a great stay at this VRBO home in Orlando. The house was very spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights—they were clean, well-maintained, and made our stay even more enjoyable.The only downside was that we wish a BBQ grill had been included instead of having to rent one separately, as that would have made the experience even better.That said, we would still rate this stay a 4 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again.

On some days the hot tub wasn’t as hot and the upstairs room ac wasn’t working properly so at night we were sweating . Otherwise the house was amazing I would definitely come back in the future .

Family Christmas and New Year vacation

We had a great Holiday with all the family. House and the community amenities were great. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool and also play soccer at the soccer field. Overall a great experience and great house for a Family vacation

Loved it

This condo was so spacious and has everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was close to stores if we needed anything and also close to the theme parks. I would recommend this property for a big family.

Family visit

The house was well maintained. Great for our needs. I would suggest a bigger kitchen trash can. Wi-Fi is not the greatest

Awesome place!!!

Had the best time!! House was big enough for all 13 of us! The pool and hot tub were amazing… The Public pool was also great! I can’t recommend this place enough, we are coming back next year! Awesome communication with Blue Sky villas! We had one minor issue with the fridge leaking and they came and fixed within 15 minutes! They responded so quickly to any questions that we had! Awesome customer service!

Excellent value

The house was pretty spectacular. The theater room is really nice, they have definitely gone above and beyond what most do with the garage space. The kitchen could use some better cookware, but that is common with these rentals. I would suggest they add plastic cups and plates for kids. Overall, an excellent value. The clubhouse pool and splash park were amazing, and the hot tub located at the house gets amazingly hot! We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

winter vacation for family and friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am assuming this is new to rental property. Beautiful home, but some improvements needed. Many kitchen items needed, living room furniture very uncomfortable, no pool loungers, wine bar door will not close, and A/C in game room runs water into power outlet.

Great space for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very comfortable in the house. We were a party of six adults and 5 children six and under. It was great that the property provided 2 pack and plays, 2 strollers, 2 boosters and a high chair. The kitchen was lacking in kid friendly dishes and utensils. Dishwasher safe plastic dishes would be a great addition. There were kitchen utensils that were broken or missing which made dinner preparations challenging. Overall we had a great stay.

Good house, could be better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi, first of all I'd like to say we really enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely house, great location and great price. The 7 double bedrooms are all really spacious and there are enough bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen itself is great however there were some issues. Considering it's a house for 14 people, there were 2 wine glasses, 6 mugs, 7 plates I could go on but I guess you get my point. If you like to cook as we do, then the levels of pots, pans and crockery were so off the mark it was ridiculous. At times, the bedrooms were really hot, but there was no way to adjust the air con settings without risking being charged. And there are no drawers in most of the bedrooms. If non of this bothers you it's a great villa, if it does then maybe look elsewhere.

Beautiful, spacious vacation home (Pros and Cons)

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved having our own private patio/pool and jacuzzi area along with all of the resort amenities. We had everything that we needed. If I had to point out some drawbacks regarding the property it would be that there were no "extras". Typically, we've stay at rental homes that have some little extras like spices in the kitchen, or extra pillows and blankets and/or extra towels and washcloths. Just note that you will get a set amount of towels and washcloths and you will need to be sure to wash them if you have a longer stay. Also, in 2 of the restrooms there's a sign on the wall stating not to flush anything down the toilet including tissue and other sanitary items. It says that there's a weak septic and I thought that was very inconvenient and odd. Lastly, there are minor electrical issues in the master bedroom downstairs so you cannot watch the TV in that room unless you get an extension cord. We called the property management and they sent an maintenance person out, but he said that he would have to send someone else, but no one ever came back. Overall, you will have what you need at this home. We would recommend it.

We are happy to hear that you had everything you needed for your stay. We do provide basic starter essentials, which are listed in the description as well as the check in letter. We are very sorry that we did not provide these extras but we have reached out to see if this is something we can add in the future. We do apologize for any confusion with the signs on the wall - there are no problems with the plumbing in this house and the signs are only there to prevent items from being flushed that would cause the plumbing system to become clogged. Unfortunately, we did not receive any comments about this during your stay and would have been more than happy to clear this up! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the tv in the master bedroom downstairs. Unfortunately, our team was unable to fix the issue during your stay as we had to schedule in a contractor to take care of the issue. The issue as been resolved since! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay despite these items and would recommend this home! Thank you for staying with us - it was a pleasure to host your vacation!
