This location was great because there was a pool in the backyard and the community pool was so much fun. We had a great time and there was a ton of space for everyone.I would be VERY cautious with staying here because the fees are a hefty if you use the towels, washcloths, sheets, They said we stained quite a bit of stuff (we used everything just as we normally would anywhere) and the fees to replace those items were very very high. We washed every single towel and item we used and we did not have any stains on them. I provided a screenshot of what we were charged after the fact for reference. The oven glass shattered (it's not tempered glass and with babies in the house this was very scary and dangerous) because a few water droplets got on the glass when it was still cooling off and the glass shattered suddenly. The gate entry was very confusing. The gate security would not let us through with the bar code that was sent by the owner. My one year old, two year old, sister, and I had to walk and carry 4 suitcases from the front gate to the house while my husband went across the street to get the parking pass. The gate to the pool was broken when we got there which was very jolting because we had 3 young kids under two and did not have the proper safety precautions that are mandated with backyard pools.The last thing that was unusual (even if outlined in the welcome book ahead of time) is the grill is not free to use. You have to call 48 hours in advanced and pay 125

Overall this is a great home and we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars as the main areas of the house got a bit warm and we couldn’t adjust as the thermostat was locked. We had a great time with our family and would consider returning.

We rented this property to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding with friends and family. I cannot say enough great things about the house..so spacious with plenty of room for everyone (14 adults and 3 children). Probably the most well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. Only suggestion I would make is to put washcloths in the bathrooms and for a house that big should probably have more than one trash container outside of the house. Other than that it was perfect and would 100% recommend or stay there again!

After 5 years of planning, my husband and I took our 5 married children and grandkids on vacation to Orlando. This house totally fit the bill and accommodated our large family very comfortably. Let me start by saying that I am a very detailed planner with OCD, anxiety, and an a worrier by nature. I have to thank the property manager, Andrew for his endless patience in my annoying number of queries over the last year and a half. He has excellent communication skills and runs things very smoothly. I am sure this is truly by design and effort and it does not go unnoticed.We would gladly stay here again in the future. We miss it already!!

This house was perfect for our group and exactly as photographed/described. Spacious and clean! Also, the location is ideal, especially if you don’t want to deal with tournament parking at the Omni Championsgate fields. We actually walked to the fields one day, 20 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful clean spacious

Me and my family booked this place for memorial day weekend and it was great. This house was beautiful, spacious, and it accommodated our whole family. Sadly, we did not get to explore the amenities at the clubhouse with the lazy river, but the house was perfect and we really didn’t even need to leave entertainment with the game room and pool was enough for us. Would definitely book again.

Mother’s Day Weekend

This house was amazing very clean upon arrival and spacious for the family! The game room was awesome for the kids kept the occupied. The spa was amazing and heat was included with our stay. I can say my family enjoyed our Mother’s Day weekend and I would definitely book this house again for another family getaway! The host was very responsive to any request I had as well!

Excellent stay in this family friendly home

We really enjoyed our time at Maidstone Villa. The place is large and well thought out for big groups, with lots of crockery, cutlery, towels etc. Andrew is fantastic to communicate with, very responsive and resolved a few minor things promptly for us. Be sure to stop at the supermarket for all supplies, otherwise relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay.

Nice House, Nice Stay

Overall very nice house and neighborhood. Only real issue was the entry into the neighborhood which was the neighborhood's fault and not the property's fault. The property was responsive to all communication. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer!

Birthday celebration

Your house was clean and welcoming. Andrew was very responsive to our needs. One bedroom was not as pictured or described on the website. Otherwise everything was as expected. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Would rent this house again

Thank you, Gila, for taking time to post a review of your stay at the Maidstone Retreat (1557534). Upon departure, this is what you shared with me: "Hi Andrew, We had a wonderful stay in your home. We were two grandparents with four married couples and 11 grandchildren celebrating a special birthday. You were very responsive to our needs and the home was clean and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub." No mention was made of a change to the bedroom during your stay or in your post departure comments. The change was notated on the listing page and offered more capacity in that bedroom than originally. Thank you again for choosing the Maidstone Retreat with Vrbo
