Great rooms

I was beyond pleased that there was a handicap toilet in the master. I’ve been begging for yrs for these rooms to have at least 1 that was. I have very bad knees and this was such a relief. We also had crab crackers in the room which is also very helpful since we eat in the room a lot. The only thing we had trouble with the tvs. We tried to follow instructions that were there but they didn’t work. Overall we were very satisfied Thank you

Perfect Vacation

What makes a perfect vacation? Check in to 1104 and you will see. The location was perfect for us. Away from the crowd but not too far to drive. This condo offered breathtaking views. Very nice decor with updates throughout. Everything you need is already stocked. I suggest checking in before going to the store. Yes I did the opposite :). The balcony was very nice and peaceful. The pool and beach was perfect. The overall property complex itself may need a little updating however if you are like me you find the good. The parking was just steps away from the elevator. Can't beat that especially if you leave something in the car. You may have to use a grocery cart if a luggage cart isn't available however it still provides help with your luggage. No long wait for the elevators. Yes I said no long wait. Yes I would book again.

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing one week vacation. Very clean condo with everything you need is supplied for you. Loved the beach service that was included! The best views ever of the gulf from the balcony and inside the condo. Very easy check in and check out. Enjoyed the Sea Screamer cruise, Schooners, Patches and The Grand Marlin! We’ll be back!

Family vaca.

We enjoyed the quiet end of PCB for the beach and sleeping at night. It did seem far from the places we wanted to eat. I thought the condo was clean. No huge complaints. But there wasnt many amenities compared to other properties. With that said, the price was probably a little high for what it was. I only say this bc we have traveled a lot. So im probably just comparing. The bathrooms were very small. The master shower holds water so it has a mildew odor. I would recommend stocking the kitchen cabinets better and more bath towels.

Great condo

Everything you need, except for food and drinks 😉 is there. The beds are comfortable with the master having a memory foam topper on it. The washer and dryer are newer than the photos. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The owner has great written instructions on how to use the tv’s; I really appreciated that.

Rental was very a nice unit .Well stocked with anything you would need. location is great to St. Andrews park. Building and Amenities are all well kept. Great Place to Stay

We had a great time!! The view of the Gulf was excellent and the beach area was very clean. We had an issue with one of the TVs in the unit and within 30 minutes of my text to the owner someone was there to fix it. Can’t ask for anything better. My only complaint is the mattress on the king bed. It is so soft that my back couldn’t take it. If you like a firmer mattress then you need to be sure to take the room with two queen beds. They were a whole lot better. Other than that it is a real great place to stay!!!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view.

The condo was Beautiful with gorgeous views, I enjoyed waking uo to. I brought my daughter here for her 13th bday....she said the bed were super comfortable to where she didn't want to get up lol.. The master bed was comfortable as well. Condo was well stocked & close to everything. Communication was Great! Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful Gulf views and sounds. Easy beach access and walking distance to food and drink. Nicely furnished and the kind of amenities we appreciate when we stay at rentals…little things that just make it more like home away from home.

Fantastic Place!

A slice of paradise! Clean, comfortable, well appointed condo with amazing views. Staff was friendly. White sand beaches with crystal clear water. Shops, marina, St. Andrew's State Park and and restaurants in walking distance. My family highly recommends. One of my families best vacations! We will be back!

Awesome Place!

We loved the place! Clean and modern, very nicely furnished. The view is spectacular. We watched a manatee swim along the entire beach! Incredible sunsets. The park close by was a real bonus. Perfect spot for anyone who loves the beach and wants a bit of an escape.
