This updated beachfront condo features an open layout, a well-appointed kitchen, and a private balcony. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast, making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or relax after a long day at the beach. The open layout creates an inviting space for dinner and cozy nights in, while providing spectacular beach views from nearly every area inside the rental. Together, these elements create the ideal setting for a perfect vacation.



Property Highlights & Features:

✔ Living room with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat

✔ Fully equipped kitchen

✔ Dining area with table seating for six, and additional bar seating for three

✔ Master Suite with a king bed, TV, and private patio access

✔ Guest Bedroom has two full-size beds, a TV, and access to the shared bathroom

✔ Two pristine bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, one with a shower/tub combo

✔ Beach essentials provided: towels, buckets, and shovels for the kids



Your stay will be enhanced by:

✔ The beach—private access for resort guests only

✔ A seasonally heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub

✔ Basketball and shuffleboard courts for laid-back fun

✔ Responsive local host available throughout your stay



$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!



Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Mini Golf at the PCB Wheel, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise



*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations. Guests staying 28 nights or fewer are eligible to participate in activities. Stays of 29 nights or longer would not be eligible.

Senior sisters vacation

So much more that we had expected. All in group were seniors -one visually impaired. Every thing easily accessible. Loved the ramp to beach rather than steps.This was our first trip back to PCB in several years. It was great having all pertinent information via email. We were late arriving and had our access right at hand. Looking forward to next visit. Thanks Gerald!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There have been some updates to the condo since the pictures were taken, and it looks very nice. Amber was so helpful on getting the ice maker serviced very quickly. The view is AMAZING, we saw dolphins early morning and we loved the easy beach access. The location is great, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The beds were super comfy and the overall decor of the condo was so pretty. We did have a small issue with the beach chair attendant, but eventually we were able to get our chairs that were included for the rest of the trip. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience for my first trip to Florida! Thank you for everything!

Girls Trip!

Family vacation

Great condo for family vacation. Very clean. Everything we needed was in the condo. Great perk to have beach chair included. Easy access to food and shopping. Master bed was quite squishy, but everything else was great. We will be back.

Nice condo

My family and I had a wonderful time in 504. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the included beach chairs were super convenient! The owner was very easy to work with. The only thing I would mention is the mattresses need updating--however it didn't stop us from sleeping well. Overall a fantastic experience!

Great rental - we hated to leave

We were late in booking this year and was pleased to find this perfect gem. It was perfect for our family of four and the two rental chairs included with the room was a wonderful benefit. Parking ample, easy and safe. Bedding was comfortable and kitchen supplies included everything we needed, balcony and the family areas were great for our rainy moments. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Fabulous Stay!!!

We just spent a week in this condo and look forward to returning next year! The condo is fully equipped with everything you will need. The condo was very clean and the refrigerator and a/c both worked really well! There was a care package awaiting us when we arrived- full of snacks that my granddaughter really enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Spring Break with the Grandkids

The condo was clean and check-in was very easy. Everything you needed was furnished. We have stayed at the Commodore many times in the past and love the location. Very quiet area away from the congested areas of Panama City. Would definitely recommend.

Ok for a couple of nights.

The room could have definitely been cleaner. Two beds were missing comforters, sofa sheets were dirty, pillow shams were stained, fan was caked with dust. The stove was missing drip pans. Contacted Amber and she had clean sheets sent over and maintenance brought drip pans later in the day. Luckily I brought an electric griddle so we could cook breakfast in the room. The beach was nice not over crowded at all. The beach chairs were great to have and it was nice to just walk right out to the beach. Overall, if focused on the beach and not the room it was an ok place to stay, but wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time in the room with more than four people.

It was just okay.

Check in was really easy, security was super friendly, the parking lot was convenient.. however.. the condo was dirty. It turned mine and my 1 year old child’s feet BLACK within 30 minutes of arriving.. everyone else kept their shoes on and so did we after the first day.. there was little stick pin looking things all over the floors, my daughter found gummies under the couch, there was debris in the stove eyes (and there wasn’t any drip pans for them that we could find), the washer had a wash rag stuffed in it to I’m assuming keep it from leaking and were very dated.. but still worked nonetheless, there was a keurig, but no regular coffee pot, also there’s a broom but no dustpan(we ended up using a paper plate).. when we checked in there was a very bad odor in the kitchen but it went away within a day or so, the adult pool was great, not super crowded, but the kiddie pool was tiny and deep! My child could not play in it because it was almost knee deep for me. Only one of two elevators worked the entire week but for the most part there wasn’t a huge wait for it. The gulf view was nice and there wasn’t a bunch of traffic and the condo is just a short drive to St. Andrews state park (8$ a car). I loved having balcony access from master bedroom and the close walk to the beach.. we were supposed to have 2 free chairs but the chair guy kept putting us in other people’s reserved chairs for a few days. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t awful. I could go on about all the negatives but if you’re looking for a cheaper place to stay and want a great view and an okay condo, I say go for it.

Commodore 504

We recently stayed in July 2021 in unit 504. We had no issues with anything working in our room. The refrigerator took a long time to cool, but finally worked fine. The beach was not crowded at all at the Commodore. We really liked that. I thought the bathroom was very small. Only one person could be in the bathroom. To be honest, if someone was even using the restroom, you couldn’t even open the door! It was that small. However, the unit had a huge walk in closet. I could have done without the closet and had more room in the restroom! Overall, we had a nice stay.

Relaxing getaway

Condo is spacious and in well maintained. Appliances could use upgrade. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils. They could have kept oil, salt etc. But that could be because of covid restrictions. Things like hand soap, detergent etc were not there. But overall just fabulous views and place.
